I bought a membership to this gym, did the metabolic assessment, and paid for 9 sessions with a trainer. I spent close to 1k and I feel like I wasted my money. There was absolutely no follow through after the assessment and no tracking of my progress. Now, I wasn’t expecting to have major physical results after just 9 sessions; however I did expect to know my progression through the training and I expected more from that $250 metabolic assessment. They design this workout plan for you based on the results, but without any prior knowledge to that type of stuff you will be completely confused and no one was there to help. My trainer did not even see my results. Overall it’s a clean gym and the staff is friendly, but I would not recommend training with them.

It is a nightmare working with the staff there! I have been trying to cancel my membership for nearly two months now, and even though I followed all the policies outlined in my contract, worked with the staff, called multiple numbers, sent emails... they either tell me "your membership cancellation has been taken care of" or "we have received no notice of your membership cancellation". The people who work here are either very incompetent, or crooks. Never had such terrible customer service in my life. They have continued to charged me for a monthly membership, even after telling me multiple times that I had successfully cancelled my membership. After calling on the phone, I was told that they couldn't "find" anything about me cancelling my membership. Absolutely horrible customer service!

I've been a member here for about 2 years, and love it! My teen son LOVES shooting hoops... and I don't know of any other gym in the area with 2 full courts! Love this place, and the people are great! They make you feel like family!

They made everything much more difficult than it needed to be. We initially joined because the gym was nice, the kids area looked nice, and they had a parent's night out we could pay for. But the classes we liked were inconsistently scheduled, and the parent's night out program is a mess. We bought points to use for the parent's night out, and it was a nightmare to use them for this. The points expire, and there were a couple of times that we got charged instead of deducting our points. The last month our points were good for, they charged us again. The person I talked to couldn't get our money reimbursed and points deducted. They made a note that we had a free night next time around, but the next time around, they didn't know what we were talking about. After a few phone calls, we finally got that straightened out. Then there was another time before that when we called to cancel our reservation and were charged anyway. It took calling and talking to a few people again to get that straightened out. All along they kept telling us that we didn't have to make a reservation, and given our experiences so far, we decided to just show up. That did work a couple of times until the last time that made us want to cancel our membership. We drove in (we live almost 45 mins away), and the kid's area was dark. We hung around while they tried to figure out what happened. We were finally told that the employees who were supposed to work the kids area that night just didn't show up. (Not "It was cancelled". Not "They called in sick". "They didn't show up, and we don't know why".) So we wasted more a couple of hours that evening driving down and back only to find their employees are irresponsible. Now I'm trying to cancel our membership. My wife called and they said that she had to drive in to cancel in person. So we scheduled to drive in before the next month when we were charged. I decided to call first to see if we could sign and fax/email something, only to find out that they never mentioned to me or my wife their 30 day policy. They just quietly rushed us through signing their documents so they could take our money. In spite of being told that every gym has the same policy, we've never dealt with this at the 4 other gyms we've used in the past. If they had been honest enough to tell us that the first time when we asked to cancel our membership, we would have driven in to take care of it then. As it stands, we're probably going to get charged tomorrow and again in a month.

Great gym and facilities, however it could use a bit more upkeep. Simmilar gyms in Johns Creek and Norcross are somewhat cleaner, better taken care of. It's not that much to do, however how long does it take to fix a hanger or have the area near the scale in.mens room clean

The club is great. Unfortunately the billing department is terrible and member services is quick to get you to join and then provides NO customer service. I have billed $20 more a month than my contract states for 3 months now and have …

Depends what you want for your money. I pay extra to be a member here because of location. It's worth it to me. Otherwise for what I use, cardio and free weights, it is definitely not worth the extra money. Locker rooms are clean and nicer than most. Very busy at peak times, you will wait for weight machines but can always find a cardio free.

I just became a member about a month and I would like to be honest about Lifetime Fitness classes that some of the instructors are very nice and some are very racist. I remember one of the instructor won't let me use the empty room to exercise even tho before I became a member I can use it and others people can use too. I don't remember her name, but she was one of the barbell stuff classes. She even talked about me behind her back with others staff members and point at me, which is VERY RUDE! . I'm VERY disappointed at Lifetime fitness instructors, I thoughts you guys will treat everyone equally with no matter what races they are. :( I hope you guys will fix this problems in the future. THANK YOU.

The gym is great for the most part. I have brought some concerns to staff and management. The men's locker room is usually a disaster as guy's leave dirty and wet towels on the floor. I have found used razors in the shower stalls. Most guys are just pigs. Also, most people don't wipe off equipment when done with their workout.

Don’t get me wrong, good facility and lot of things to do. But there is a big problem. They lie to you all the time. They say it is free at fist if you’re a member, once you are a member you suddenly find out it is not free and have to pay for everything. Customer Service and Membership Service are a complete mess. They have made the cancelling the membership so hard and it is a complete headache.Kids swim program is a complete waste. Swim lessons will only cover 30 minutes for a lessons and 4 lessons a month, they over charge.Bad customer representatives intentionally lying to you all the time. I will not recommend the place to anyone. If you want to spend ton of money go to this place. You are much better off with YMCA
