I've had a lot of success at PF since I joined in October. And the staff are very helpful and polite. Especially the gentleman with the ponytail, he always greets me and holds the door if hes coming/going.

Equipment is good. The place is clean. The employees mainly just stand around behind the counter, talk to each other, and look at their phones.

Tried to sign up for a membership and the employees could care less. 1 was on her phone and the other did help us but acted like we were a nuisance. I would rather pay high ymca fees then go there.

Took a while to get set up but the staff was kind and helpful. There is a good selection of machines and it feels laid back.

New review. Still 5 stars. I think new mgmt has taken over because the lights have been fixed. #gamechanger. Adds so much energy to the workout and spaces. Thank you so much.This location is also one of the biggest PF in KC and other parts of the country Ive travelled to, notably Denver, Tampa, Vegas.Keep it up! 👏👏👏

I'm the woman too often on the elliptical until the last second. Thanks for making it easy to fit the gym into my life. I took a break for a couple of months because life happens... and I'm happy to be back at it.

I am a regular goer and they have not cleaned the mens locker room in weeks. It has the same trash in some of the corners and stains on the floor that we there well before Christmas. It makes me wonder about the rest of the place.

Great place to go when everything is closed. Get a tan, a massage in their hydro bed (feels great). Or workout with no judgement. Nice little places to hide from other people. Especially when it's not busy late at night. My favorite hangout when insomnia hits

Update: got one of those email invitations to submit feedback. Expressed what I didn't like. Got a call a few days later from the manager. What things she did bring up from my survey responses she politely told me weren't going to change, and there wasn't anything they were willing to do about it.If you're looking for when the PF will be 24 hours again, I was told it's nowhere on the radar unless they get a surge of new users.Still a mediocre gym. Not the worst in the world, but you pay for budget and you basically get that.
