It's so stupid. You only go three times the whole year, yet you still pay your fee faithfully..then when it comes time to renew You don't get a notice or anything, they just charge your account bcuz " You didn't call and cancel and it hasn't even been a month and they won't refund your membership fees... Haven't they gotten enough free money from me

The equipment and staff are great. Lots of different machines to work out on and everything is usually available to use. I want to go work out rather than dreading it. Good atmosphere and experience.

Can't beat the price. The wifi works well enough to stream hd video from hbo and netflix. The equipment is in good shape. Plenty of parking. I've only had to wait on to use a particular machine once or twice. I do wish they had free weight Olympic barbells because there are a lot of exercises you can't do with all barbells being fixed on racks or 60lbs and under. My first visit the obnoxious and absurd lunk alarm (for dropping weights or grunting too loudly when lifting) went off. I'd been there about an hour and it was very slow with less than 15 people in the entire place. I hadn't noticed a single person being loud or obnoxious, but was in the restroom when it went off so I'm not sure who did what. Regardless, the alarm is ridiculous. If people are breaking the rules just go talk to them like adults. An air raid siren in the entire building is something some complete numpty must have come up with. Aside from that, purple is a pretty hideous color to paint everything in your place. All this said, unless the alarm becomes an every visit occurrence I'll be continuing to go here because the price.

Machines are in good working order and staff is friendly. Lost the trainer after a week, which was a bummer. The bathroom changing stalls are missing some coatracks and stuff. Other than that, it is great.

Walked in here several times ready to sign up and left empty handed each time. First because they wont take any other payment method except checking acct draft. Ive happily lived without a checking acct for 13 yrs not gonna create a checking acct just for a gym membership now. I return with a handy dandy greendot card routing number and acct number ready to go and they turn me away. I will happily take my money somewhere elae 👍👋 the people were good though so had to give them something🌟🌟🌟

They almost always greet you upon entering the club and leaving. Plenty of equipment, have not been without a treadmill since I've joined. Shower stalls are a little tiny but you can get the job done.

The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. I have yet to have had to wait on a machine. I have two complaints about this location: a cramped stretching/cooldown area (there are three very large mats already laid out that take up most of the room, so if it's busy and you don't get one, sucks to suck) and limited weekend hours. There are far more cardio machines than are probably necessary based on the number of people I see in here at any given time; my suggestion would be to remove some of the treadmills and ellipticals and move some of the machines in the cooldown area out onto the main floor. That would make cooldown significantly less uncomfortable and make a more efficient use of equipment space. (Being fair, I'm sure much of this is determined by corporate.)As for the weekend hours, I'm unsure why this location isn't 24/7, but it definitely made for some disappointing visits the first few times I came in the evening. I'm unsure why this particular gym has limited hours; it was explained to me by an employee as to give time for deep cleaning on the weekends, but no other P Fitness I've been to has done this, and they seemed to be just as clean.Still, I will keep coming here and I will keep recommending that others in town do the same. Love this place. First gym co. I've enjoyed!

5 star of they had free weights which is definitely a bias. Otherwise great value. Everything is in good shape. Hours of operations are great during the week. Could use less purple, but that doesn't effect my rating. Friendly staff. Clean.

This gym is very affordable and they have great equipment. They also work hard to be a judgement free zone. It's not too busy on the afternoons when I go and I never have to wait for a machine. The staff is always support friendly too.

Best gym for your value, hands down. They have everything you need to excel in your personal health and fitness goals. Nothing fancy or unnecessary. I pay for the black card membership and love it. Unlimited guest access, massage chairs, tanning, discounted drinks, etc. Also, you have access to any planet fitness location across the country. Even at a bit more than $20/month, which is way less than half of places like Genesis or Lifetime, it's the best gym for its price. Solid equipment and the 24/5 hours are awesome. Wish it were open later on the weekend, however.
