EōS Fitness

The equipment and area is always kept clean. Its never too crowded even when the parking lot is full. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that it's always cold in there but mid workout you're grateful for it.Update: I've been going here for over year now and my only con of this place is that the locker rooms are always dirty. They have a sign up sheet in the bathrooms where staff checks "every couple hours" but it's never filled out and always outdated by at least 2 days.At one point the pool area smelled like poo and a month later the health department shut down their pool and hot tub. When they finally reopened it a month later the chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes before you even made into the pool.Weight area and machine area is still kept clean and its mostly because of members.I think a gas station bathroom is cleaner than their bathrooms.In the winters there are homeless people who sleep in the sauna or relaxation chairs. At one point one of them had an alter in the sauna and became aggressive if you went inside. Staff didn't do anything about them until they attacked their night desk receptionist. Police came.

I've never been to a gym before, I've always done home workouts, but this was great! It was very user friendly and a great environment.

The Roy EOS is my favorite location. The space is huge enough where it never feels crowded. The equipment is new and really nice!

I have visited several locations, it always looks clean and the machines and equipment looks like they give them regular maintenance, much better than Vasa.

The employees are great, always nice. They greet us with a smile and ask that we have a good day when we leave. The facility is also great, only improvement is that sometimes the bathrooms are a mess. The parking is a HUGE problem there. This location allows people to basically park anywhere they want, even when there are open stalls in the rows. They allow people to park along the gutter on the front of the gym making it dangerous and difficult to pull in and out of the west parking lot. Some guy who drives a giant truck with the joker painted on the side thinks he can park on the side walk in front of the doors. This spot is supposed to be used for bikes. Rarely are there handicap vehicles in the handicap stalls. One member we know has a cane and often can't use those stall meant for his vehicle. If there was one thing I could change about the Roy EOS, it would be getting rid of those vehicles that are not properly parked.

This place is no better than plant fitness. Always over crowded. But that seems to be the only gyms around so guess it's dealers choice plant fitness or EōS.

I've experienced a few different workers commenting about someone being ugly, and other things. Makes me sad to see people behind a counter advertising physical well-being but tearing others down while holding that position. Honestly think they should teach their employees how to treat others while wearing their logo.

It's overall a very nice gym. The only huge thing I dislike and I may actually cancel my account is there is never any parking available everytime I go and it's very crowded.

A family member goes here and I have been helping them for almost a year to downgrade their membership, constantly being told to wait since a better deal is coming in a mth, 2 mths, etc. Every time we wait, we're told something different. I can never get a manager. When I go in, I'm either told they're not in or in SLC for something and I could never get a call back like I was told multiple times.Last week I had a day off work and went in with my family member, and after a lot of back and forth, the lady there finally followed thru with what they had told me on the phone prior (one of the guys there constantly pointed to the notes on the file to the lady which were made during the phone call earlier- the person on the phone informed me he was putting the info in the notes for when we came in to make the process easier).I made a note of all costs and the people I spoke with. Here we are a week later and they charge me more than what was agreed on.

Apparently you can't keep things in your locker overnight, it's "policy". So you know what the staff at EoS did? They emptied out all the lockers and threw everyone's personal items away, and stole from my locker. I know the employees stole my earbuds and expensive jeans from my locker because other gym members never had access. I'm missing $300 worth of items and electronics from my locker.
