I feel less intimidated going to this ESO. I'm not sure why. It's huge, feels friendly, and I like their movie room. Massage chairs are great also!

I used to love this place and stayed for hours training, now I can't do anything i have to finish my workout at home or at the park because it is very crowded to even stand somewhere where people is comfortable being next to each other, i even came before 7am and still crowded. Good luck finding parking lol Idk I'm considering cancelling my membership.

I love EOS! It’s a great gym to work out at I’ve accomplished many gains since becoming a member in February 2021. The Roy location is open 24 hours. It has a pool, a sauna and childcare for your kids. I would definitely recommend it.

Not a bad gym. It's always super crowded and everyone's always filming. The staff isn't bad equipment is nice, unfortunately seems to be over max capacity more often then not.

Manager is incredibly rude and demeaning when trying to cancel membership. Tried to cancel a month ago, but apparently it was never recorded. I was told to get "phone logs" showing that I called the location to cancel. I told the manager that regardless of phone logs which I was willing to get, that I wanted him to put it their system as of RIGHT NOW that I wanted to cancel. He said he would put in a 30 day cancel. I told him that I didnt want it to renew after 30 days, so to put in a cancel right now, and he refused to do that without phone records. Then he changes his explanation after arguing with him to "dude what dont you get about it?! im not going to do anything without phone logs other than put in a 30 day notice to cancel, its pretty self explanatory". Cancelling for 30 days, and 30 day prior notice to cancel are 2 completely different things, and his inability to explain the 2 and act like a complete jerk are why we will never use EOS in the future, and credit card disputes are being made.

Great gym, especially for the price. Only downside is how packed it gets during certain hours, however it’s easy to avoid once you learn how things go.

This place is a joke. My wife has tried to cancel her membership for four months now and they keep coming up with excuses why they keep charging her. She has gone in several times and called and nothing ever get resolved. Spend a little more for a better gym that will actually cancel your membership when they say they will.

When I first checked out this gym a little over a year ago, I was impressed! Not too busy, friendly staff, great equipment.I understand that gyms are a business, but maybe put a cap on sign ups. It has gotten way too crowded at any given time of the day. And like others have commented, it's mostly people sitting on a machine while doodling on their phones for 3-5 min. Or, groups of 5 or more rotating and mostly socializing around a piece of equipment.I understand some enjoy working out together, but some people also like to get in, get their workout done, and get to work on time. I also know the gym can't tell people "hey you guys can't work out together", but that wouldn't be so much of an issue if it weren't so crowded. Again, maybe put a cap on the number of members. Also, like others have commented, the men's locker rooms can be tended to a little more frequently.Overall a great gym, but I think more consideration should be given to member experience. Rather than number of members.
