I had a locker I used here for months, the staff emptied everyone's stuff in to a trash can which I had to dig through and didn't get all my belongings back. There were others there with the same issue as well. The young people that worked there were unhelpful and didn't care that they threw away everyone's personal items and helped themselves to it all.

We were told that there are no rules enforced at this location. People sit on machines without using them. It is always so busy you can't move or work out. We will be finding another company and gym. If you do go here expect others to sit on machines for hours talking with others on their phone and expect to be shoulder to shoulder. Dissapointed that we were told that there are no rules and that nothing is enforced. People don't clean machines and it's quite dirty as well. Management needs to step it up. We were told that rules were silently implied. But not enforced.

Hands down my favorite gym to workout at and I for sure spend a lot of time here. The amount and versatility of equipment definitely exceeds my expectations and is well above standards for most gyms. The Roy EOS is the best maintained gym over any VASA I’ve been to (both in cleanliness and equipment) I would definitely give this place 5 stars but the quality of interaction with the employees here is questionable. I’ve encountered more times than I would consider to be normal workers that are on the cusp of being passive aggressive and rude, you walk through the door and not even a simple hello, or I’ve asked for help with things and I was treated as if I was an inconvenience (both staff and trainers).I compete and am into bodybuilding, so my purpose for being here often is more so based around what this gym provides equipment wise, versus the quality of employees; but I’m not saying that doesn’t matter. This isn’t a post to shame this gym because it is awesome. I’ve been working out here for almost year and thought at this point it would be fitting to speak up.

It's often too busy, and the VR room, which is one of the reasons I signed up, is in a state of perpetual "it will be done soon." I also prefer the hydro jet massage chairs over the shiatsu stile ones they have. That being said, their equipment is great, I love the classes, and their personnel area wonderful!

Very loud, not enough machines for the amount of people that are there. Also, there are apparently no rules, loud sounds and bogarting machines are both tolerated. This is the worst gym I have gone to.

Lots of machines and work out stations throughout the free weights area. Just super crowded at times especially afternoons. But other than the horde of people you can definitely get a good workout if you go at the right time of day.

This used to be a great gym. Been here for more then a decade. It's was great when it was Gold's gym and then switch over to EOS fitness and it still was a great gym but over the last year or so it has been going down hill. There is way to many people getting signed up for this location. It's over crowded. There needs to be more locations near by to spread out the people. Or stop signing up people.

I love the small feel of this gym. It's great for people who are nervous about going to the gym for the first time and generally speaking it's a great environment. The only complaint I have is about their kidcare. You can't schedule it more than a day out and if you don't set an alarm to schedule your kidcare around midnight the day before you plan on going in, then good luck getting in before the spots are taken. 😅 It's pretty ridiculous. They need to change it so that you can schedule at least a week in advance so that you don't have to screw up your sleep schedule in order to find an opening to bring your kids with you.

The staff here is amazing, they set me up with a membership that allowed me to use their facilities while visiting for the holidays. Normally, this wouldn’t be something to write a review about, but when you’re trying to find a gym for slightly longer than a two week period it can be an arduous process. Aside from the excellent staff, the facility is clean and and machines are repaired ASAP.

The men's locker room is almost always gross. Not sure if they even clean it. The sauna has been out of order the last couple of time I went. Not sure is any EOS have a thermostat in the sauna, but it would be nice to know how hot is is in there. Review may change if my experience changes.
