Lifelong Fitness is an amazing place to workout. The owner Griff cares about every client that comes in. My trainer Lori was amazing and became a great friend. If you desire a one on one personal trainer then you need to go to Lifelong Fitness.

This gym is awesome, and so is our trainer, Christina Johnson. My wife and I see Christina together, she has taught us so much more than just how to work out - she has helped us with mindset, accountability, and we have made so much progress. She even took us to the grocery store once to show us how to select the best foods. Thank you Christina for being patient, caring and for all the encouragement.

What an incredible, truly life-changing experience. I worked with Annette and couldn't have been happier. She really listened to my concerns and helped me push through mental roadblocks. Griff was always so welcoming and said hi to me every time I came to the gym. Annette was amazing at showing me how to use the equipment so I could feel confident in coming to the gym alone for my workouts. She taught me how to listen and take care of my body. I always felt a good, positive, encouraging energy in the gym and I'm so grateful for the things I was taught! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been part of the Lifelong Fitness family for several years now, and I really love going to this gym. Even though I’ve been to other gyms in the past, none have offered me the same level of coaching as Lifelong Fitness.There was a time when I wasn’t physically fit and doing things such as long hikes or running sounded absolutely miserable to me. However, the training and knowledge I’ve gained from going to this gym has benefited me immensely. As a result, I’m far more confident in myself and my ability to push through mental limitations. Last year, I ran across the Grand Canyon from rim to rim. This year, I have more adventures planned. All of this would not have been possible without the changes I’ve made thanks to Lifelong Fitness. Even so, their impact has extended beyond my physical fitness into nutrition and mental health. Overall, if you are wanting to get out of your chair and change your life, Lifelong Fitness has the trainers and the means to instruct you, motivate you, and sometimes even push you (thank you Christina). I highly recommend the trainers and the training you’ll find here.

Sarah Cobb was my trainer for 20 weeks. She really helped break some bad eating habits I had. She helped me find ways to make sure I was getting protein into my meals. I loved the one on one training each week, it really helped me be accountable for my fitness. I really appreciated the exercise routines she wrote up for me and that she changed them up every 4 weeks. I had a goal to fit into a bridesmaid dress and feel good in it and she helped me nail my goal and the dress was even a bit loose. In addition, I have scoliosis from t1-t5 and Sarah geared my exercises not just for my whole body but for my back and helped strength my body to point that I wasn't in pain every day. It is a great feeling to be able to be pain free and feel good. The gym is very clean and organized. The other trainers are very friendly and don't hesitate to help you whenever you have questions. They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to make a life change and live a better life.

My husband and I decided it was time to get back on our lifelong change to fitness. We wanted to commit ourselves to a healthier lifestyle with some coaching and training, to help us achieve these goals. We have worked with Griff before in the past and had such a great experience with him and our results, so Lifelong fitness is where we knew we needed to sign back up. Griff set us up with Christina as our trainer, and it has been the best experience for both of us. We look forward to our sessions each week with her. She motivates us, encourages us to do hard things, and holds us accountable for the choices we make towards our fitness goals. Lifelong has become our fitness family, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to making those lifestyle changes. "The hardest step in this journey, is the first one out the door." But you will be so glad you did!

My husband and I have been going here for almost a year and it has changed our lives. We needed an overall better health. Mentally, physically, etc. as we were dealing with hard struggles in life. Being here has improved our life greatly. Our trainer Lori has pushed us just enough but allowed us to go at our own pace as to create a lifelong change for the better. She has become a great friend and all the trainers are super awesome. It is a smaller quant gym where it feels intimate and personal yet have every possible workout you want to do. With real people that just want to live better lives. I feel comfortable going anytime I want and I personally love the feel of this gym verse a big gym with tons of people. I love the concepts they teach and they really do care about your well being. I would recommend Lifelong Fitness to anyone!

I began working with Griff and Lifelong Fitness close to a decade ago. My wife and I have continued to enjoy training with Lifelong since. While some faces and even the locations have changed, the one thing that has NOT changed is the welcoming, low-key, approachable atmosphere that Griff works to maintain."Big Box" gyms can be overwhelming. Intimidating. And feel..."expert level" while not actually being expert level. People more interested in seeing themselves in the gym mirror or using the place as a place to prance around like peacocks. I've been there. I've done that.Lifelong is NOT that. It is accessible. It is truly expert level training, instruction and equipment while maintaining an approachability and accessibility for the most seasoned gym aficionado right down to the person that is stepping foot inside a gym for the first time in their middle or later aged lives.Griff and his staff are eager to get you into a training and lifestyle mindset that is doable and sustainable. My wife attended Lifelong and the trainers there are great! Lacey was able to see results each time there. Her most recent training sessions were with Nick. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and has helped my wife and her friend gain further knowledge on multiple types of workouts to mix it up so they never get bored. We are grateful for all of their trainers that help modify workouts for my wife's scoliosis as not to injure her further. Thanks for all of you hard work Nick!

Lifelong Fitness has been key to achieving my health and fitness goals! I have always been a fan of plain old weightlifting. Christina has taught me many compound movements that include weight lifting but are more than one muscle group. I have loved the new moves and have been impressed by how much they push me to a new level.The atmosphere and clientele are exactly what I need in the gym. Everyone is down to earth, friendly, and there to get and stay fit.Griff consistently sends out motivational emails and provides a ton of educational materials. He is passionate about health and fitness and shares that passion with everyone.
