We have been going to Lifelong Fitness since the end of January and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I work with Christina and she has helped us work toward our goal of lifelong fitness. We still have a long way to go but We feel much stronger and have made steady progress. This is not a diet but a lifestyle change. We appreciate the smaller Gym that doesn't feel intimidating and the personalized instruction we have received from Christina. She helps us stay on track and motivates us to work hard. Griff and the team at Lifelong Fitness are top notch. This is a great personal training gym where you feel like it's your own personal space while there. My trainer Christina is an absolute joy to work with. She knows her stuff and pushes me to be a better, healthier version of myself. I have made huge progress since starting here and they have changed my view on fitness and my life.

With many failed attempts at trying to make being healthy and exercising practical, as a now busy mom it felt more impossible than ever.A year ago I started seeing Christina at Lifelong Fitness, and I’m proud to say that I’m now totally off all processed foods and that I really have been able to make eating healthy and working out, practical for my lifestyle. Not only that but it makes me feel so good that I can raise my son and any future children with this knowledge as well. Christina was patient with me and the rate at which I learned, and was willing to do whatever we needed so that I could succeed. She was also very personable and became a great friend. I love the overall mentality there of being willing to sit down teach and not just giving you exercises.

Totally recommend! Been working out with Nick Dunn at Lifelong Fitness for 3-4 months. Love the gym and Nick! He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to your success. He will listen, help you set goals, and motivate you to meet those goals. Genuinely good guy that will help you succeed with whatever your fitness goals are.

THIS IS THE BEST GYM WITH THE BEST PHILOSOPHY! Lifestyle change is the best health insurance!I’ve been a client of Griff Nielson for 17 years and I highly recommend his program. Griff and his trainers are highly motivational, knowledgeable and supportive. Griff continues to incorporate varied exercises and workout types into my regimen even after all this time. I might add that the nutritional consultation is spot on. The nutrition and weight training have really been key to my success. Before LLF, I only did walking/jogging and limited my calories, which is not even in the same realm of effectiveness as Griff’s program.This gym provides a supportive, family friendly atmosphere and is not over crowded. The age and fitness ability of clients varies greatly so I don’t feel self conscious working out.Thank you, Griff!!!

I love lifelong fitness because it has opened my eyes to new ways to keep myself and my family healthy. Garett is a super inspirational trainer and makes sure you are working hard and staying focused. Christina has opened my eyes to what is healthy to put into my body and what is not and she makes amazing workouts that I can do at home with the equipment I have so I can stay active at home to work around having a one year old. She also motivates me to work hard and find ways to incorporate being healthy and fit into my very busy schedule and work it into everyday life. I definitely would recommend lifelong fitness to any of my friends or family!

I have trained with Cameron for about 6 months now. He is always professional and communicates clearly. He makes it very easy for you to feel comfortable in your new environment, he makes you feel as though the gym was made for you! When I am doubting my abilities he is always there to instill confidence back into me. I never though training would be a comfortable experience for me but Cameron made that a reality! I will always remember what he has taught me! Cameron will always work at your pace and go the extra mile to make sure that you are getting the best training you can! I am so grateful I found lifelong fitness, it was truly changed me for the better!

I had been considering working with a personal trainer for a long time, but I never made it happen because the awkwardness of showing up to a gym not knowing anything and feeling like I was being watched and judged always scared me off. I'm so grateful I found this place! I started receiving helpful guidance from day one and never felt judged or awkward about it at all. Griff and I had a phone consultation before I came in. He really listened to what I said and helped pair me up with a trainer who would be a good fit for my goals. Christina is an absolute treasure! She strikes a really good balance of encouraging me without making me feel bad about off weeks. I've made real progress in just 5 months! I feel so much stronger and more capable, and my mental health has improved as well. I highly recommend giving Lifelong Fitness a shot!

Lifelong Fitness is the best! My weight had climbed 100lbs over 12 years. I couldn't find the motivation to make a change and get healthy again. The trainers at this gym are top-notch and give me the motivation and support I need. I am back down about 75lbs, stronger than I have ever been, and am still excited to continue the journey with Lifelong Fitness.I have trained with both Nick and Cameron. They are amazing!
