Great gym and atmosphere, the employees are understanding and genuine people. But their cancellation process is terrible, I canceled my membership in November, and thought it was done and over with, just recently now, I’m getting calls from law companies saying I owe $300 on my canceled account. Be careful canceling your account, they will get you.

Nice location and I love the classes they offer! The new remodel is a nice facelift for an older style building. The kids care is a lifesaver allowing my wife and I to workout together. Very rarely have to wait for equipment which is a welcome change! Very clean and friendly staff!

The #1 reason I have a membership at VASA is due to the kid care. My boys love going there and get super excited every time it's time to "go play". The staff know them by name and I love having peace of mind that they're safe and having fun while I have some "mommy time".My only complaint is that on Fridays the daycare is only open until 3 and I really wish it was until 5 so I could go to the gym before the weekend.

Love this location. It may not be the newest and nicest vasa but it is staffed by some amazing people. Kim always greets me with a big smile every time. Her big smile and happy face always starts my workout on the right foot. I’ve noticed that both Kim and Isabel have taken the time to learn my name and they both make the overall experience at this location far better then all the other nearby vasa locations! This is my home gym and I love the staff and the happy environment!

The front desk is always so positive and happy when you walk in that it’s a very welcoming environment when you may feel self conscious about yourself in the gym. Everyone is professional, listens to feedback and is very encouraging. I love that you can ask any question and get answers or assistance from staff. Definitely feels like a family and friendly oriented gym where anyone is welcome.

Absolutely love this gym! They have the most incredible KidCare staff ever! I never once have felt nervous about leaving my baby with these wonderful ladies! They take such great care of her and I am so grateful for each and every one of them! ❤️❤️

Great location been coming for almost 8 months now.I LOVE the childcare! They are great With my son and make it so I am Able to come to the gym. However my only complaint is they need to manage their "remodeling" better. I had to leave the weight grass area with the mirrors for their "class time" since their separate room was being painted. The rest of the gym was pretty packed, And they have been painting for a month now makes it very crowded and couple times I have gotten sick from breathing in the paint. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Love this location. It's staffed by some amazing people. Kim always greets us with a big smile every time. Her big smile and happy face always makes our gym time more fun. Also, love my trainer, Annadel, she keeps challenging me. I love the staff and the happy environment!

Love this gym! It’s always clean and well managed. The Kid Care Center is AWESOME! It’s so nice to feel confident bringing my baby in, knowing that she is well taken care of. The staff in there always remembers her name and I have yet to pick her up sad! You can tell that the employees truly enjoy their job! Makes a world of difference in me enjoying my workouts. Best Gym & Kid Care EVER!

The best gym I have ever been to. My home away from home. The daycare is fantastic andeverything is always super clean! So many machines... You never have to wait around. The amenities are outstanding.. You've got classes, a pool, sauna, steam room, basketball court, racquetball court, cardio cinema and all the weights, machines and equipment you could ask for! If I were to make ONE suggestion, it would be to have a kickboxing class with bags! Punching the air feels ridiculous... 😏
