Good gym, has all the stuff I need to get a good workout in. Has good opening and closing times. Good cardio cinema room. Gets busy in the evenings making it hard to get in some machines but, not always that bad.

Been going here for about a year. It’s a great gym for the price. Only problems are machines can take awhile to get fixed, and it becomes very busy around 4pm to 6. Definitely worth the $10 a month.

I have had a great experience here! The staff is very warm and welcoming. The gym itself is always clean and equipment works well. Special shoutouts to Michele (coach), Tracy (front desk), Sam (front desk) and Kami (kidcare)! They have are all so kind and are excellent at their jobs!

A lot of the equipment is broken and the amenities you pay extra for like hot tub and sauna are closed regularly. The staff is friendly enough, but don't seem to have a whole lot of power to help customers. Every time I ask about something with my account they're handing me a phone number for customer service. This is fine for minor problems, but ended up costing me $300. After I signed my son up for an account in conjunction with my wife's and my own, I got an automated call that I had a billing problem and when I went to the front desk they said everything was good to go with my account. Apparently, however, my son's account was not properly linked to my billing info. They reported me to collections a month later, despite me checking in three times a week and paying my own bill. The customer service phone # was no help (ended up using the online chat) and they sent me directly to collections who refused to work with me regarding what was an obvious mistake by Vasa. I am investing in my own home gym and I recommend you do the same. Like most businesses today, Vasa is not run by people, it's run by a corporate robot.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience at this gym and would like for someone to reach out to me to discuss a resolution prior to me leaving a heavily detailed review and escalating this legally.

Overall, nice gym. Only downside is that it tends to be busy because nobody works in the area due to the large military base nearby. So, the gym is pretty busy.

The front desk staff showed unprofessional behavior. This young man was more interested with flirting with a woman, then doing his job. There was a line of 3 to 4 people waiting to check in and or use certain amenities. The staff member either was oblivious or didn't care about those waiting to be helped, because he was more interested with flirting. I had to raise my voice towards him, so that he can pay attention to me and snap out of it. Afterwhich, he then started checking people in. I thought at first he was just helping out a customer but based on the manner of language they were exchanging, I came to the conclusion that this was not a professional conversation, it was his pursuit of a love interest. I'm not against love but do it on your own time!

The new manager Abby is doing great work! She’s always smiles and when I brought maintenance concerns to her she welcomed the input and encourages anyone to bring items to her attention, e.g. torn pads, broken equipment, etc. Perhaps a routine, scheduled inspection/review of the equipment by the employees would further assist in finding discrepancies sooner. Looking for obvious tears, missing grips and damage to the equipment. Many patrons may not be comfortable bringing this up and just expect it to happen.Abby’s great and should be commended for her work and positive attitude.
