I scheduled a personal instructor this morning at 7am, but, the instructor for whatever reason wasn't available, so a bright and happy person named Daisy, was willing to fill the void. And Daisy was terrific! She was very easy to talk with and made special considerations regarding my weaknesses. I feel like she was very generous with her time, and it lasted far longer then the hour paid for. Great amenities - best variety of equipment I have ever had access to at a gym. Sled for pushing/pulling, seated rope climbing machine, those are my favorites. Friendly people. My only complaint is it needs more regular cleaning (basketball and racquetball courts are always dusty) and maintenance. Some of the machines are very old and adjustments aren't easy to use, or labeled due to wear. Still worth the membership.

Don’t do it if you have other options! Once you sign up you are immediately spammed for personal training. I made errors on my sign up and now face over $50 in fees and I haven’t even started my so called free membership yet. Horrible customer service. The person I talked to about our account was super condescending and argumentative and overall still left with a big bill and have never even set foot inside a VASA facility.

So I’ve been a member here for almost a year now. I both enjoy but also dread coming here and both because of the people: love the staff as they’re friendly and outgoing to the patrons but not a fan of the management, just seems a lot of disengagement with guests and lack of support for their employees but could just be outside looking in. It’s sad that I’m seeing more and more of the once friendly staff disappearing and disconnecting with the members.I also love the other members but also hate coming in and with all the gym hogs on equipment (especially the fly and reverse fly machine, people texting all the time not caring if you’re trying to work in). Also lots of people hard on the equipment from mistreatment and just slamming down the weights/cables causing damages.I like this gym a lot, but I’d really like to see management step up in their gym and actually lead their gym.

I just moved into the area and was nervous about signing up after a year out of the gym and Riley helped me get signed up. He was so helpful and showed me around the gym. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. Definitely made me feel at ease.I love that there are multiple squat racks!4 stars, because 1 out of the 3 row machines works at full capacity, and that is after I switched the foot guard to the machine that actually works.

The new manager lady is really hectic, manic, and annoying. She creates lines of people waiting to get into the gym because she has to take pictures of people. Vasa was a lot more chill before. Totally not elevating my mood :(

Gym is a good place to workout. The only problem I have is the tanning beds need to be fixed and get new bulbs. There's about 7 or 8 bulbs out in the one tanning bed that is working.

I signed up here through my insurance. There were many hoops to jump through but Abby walked me through them all and made what is often a complicated and long process, easy and fast. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have EVER had ANYWHERE!

This gymIs the dirtiest gymOf all Vasa in Davis county. Napkins or Wiley’s on the basketball court and also on the cardio area I was looking for one of the machines and my surprise more napkins on a cup holder dirty. I even told the front guy about that the same day and he told me that that gym don’t have people to clean. That’s disgusting. Kaysville is clean and Roy is my top gym clean clean

Staff is very helpful and do a great job setting the mood upon arrival. Daily classes have been a real helpful motivater. I find each day is a challenge weather it be on my ownor in classes. I feel physically healthier and mentally more stable and happy.
