I like the gym set up but it's been over a week and I still don't have my card on my phone. They have told me to call to get it fixed but I haven't had the time to fix it. Everyone at the gym is helpful but man come on get the app working.

It’s a good gym that’s a fair cost. At times it can get pretty crowded but other than that its not too bad

This gym needs work for sure a lot of the machines are definitely in need of maintenance. But I guess it gets the job done.

I go Mon Wed at this loc around 1030 and it's not to crowded. Good sauna, hot tub. Daycare workers are so sweet and friendly and are sooo good with my crazy 4 yr old. Front desk is allways so friendly. Love this location.

My father stopped his membership after five months of not going to the gym, and they charged him for another 30 days. He has not stopped talking about this.I also did not notice any improvement in his health when he was going to Vasa.

I love this gym. I just got a membership a few weeks ago. Everyone has been super welcoming! The instructors are great, and I love the studio red classes. The hydro massage chairs are cool and well maintained. I was worried about the “cocky gym” vibe, but it’s anything but that! I mean sure, you might have some people, but the overall vibe is more chill. The gym daycare is nice and well maintained, too! My kids love it, and are part of my accountability. Haha. Clean gym overall. My only qualm is the parking lot is crammed, but I won’t knock a star off for that. ;)

Great gym, very clean, hot showers and even has a racquetball court. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Haley!

You might think because of the cost of the monthly membership plus the maintenance fee that this gym might be upkept. The hand dryers in the bathroom have been broken for months (for some reason the staff can’t keep paper towels stocked either). The cleaning wipes are often empty. Many of the benches wobble, several machines are broken, there are never any attachments to use on the pulley machines. I expect the gym to be maintained if every member is expected to pay a maintenance fee. So many people have told me to go to EOS because it is so much better. Although it would be more inconvenient I may take their advice.

Racquetball and basketball courts are always dusty. They are never professionally cleaned, just swept out when I complain. I've never been able to enjoy a single second of good traction out there.Staff is friendly and helpful, it's the magement that is culpable for this. Vasa has typical predatory chain gym membership requirements (you get to PAY to "lock in" your rate, how nice ya grifters). Equipment gets fixed when members complain, not when it breaks.Massage chairs have all been broken for 3 months straight. I don't even bother checking now. They need at least 2 fly machines but just have one. We're all gonna be out of luck when it breaks.I'm sure I'll get a nice reply here but I don't want that, I want the place to be cleaned and maintained professionally....regularly. not once and only because of a poor review. This place needs a full time manager with some motivation. I'm available.Edit: it's really suspicious you're trying to identify me instead of just fixing the problems
