descent machines, but extremely unreasonable hours—but worst of all is the ridiculous practice of playing loud annoying music to force the patrons to leave starting around the 20 min to close time. But even worse the employees walk around saying it’s closing time with 5 mins left on the clock, they are already have limited hours the best they can do is not try to use loud music and weird tactics to shoo off people trying to improve their health before the official closing time—this is extremely irritating/infuriating

It’s annoying go to this gym, they’re not open on Sundays for starters when the Denton and Carrollton location are open all days of the week. Some of the benches in the free weight section are barely holding on to not fall apart and the most egregious part is that one of the two squat racks is missing rack pieces for it and it’s been that way for months

The locker room was filthy and the water fountain didn't work right (it said the filter hadn't been changed recently and wouldn't dispense water). The staff was friendly enough, but the guy behind the counter told me that the fat burner they sell which has 400 mgs of caffeine is supposed to be taken with pre-workout (which normally has 300-400 mgs of caffeine already). If someone takes that advice they are going to have a heart attack! Be careful at this location. Also, closed on Sundays is a terrible business model for a gym, when most people don't have work. I will just stick to the one in Watauga which is larger, cleaner, with better hours and staff that knows what they are talking about.

Just came to visit and check out the amenities.i was told I couldn't tour the gym with kids and I wasn't allow to leave the children at the kid zone Thankfully the guy who told me asked his manager and just let me signed a waiver. Looks like a clean nice gym. Unfortunately I did not sign up because my child was under 2. They only accept 3 and up and must be potty trained. They no longer accept babies/toddlers. Oh your kids can't show signs of coughing or being sick. So for me the kid zone was a big deal since I don't have family in the area.

This is a great spot with friendly employees. Affordable, clean, plenty of machines. Seems like most poor reviews are due to being closed on Sunday and not open 24hrs. If those aren’t deal breakers for you, this is a great gym!

I mostly like this because of the Women’s Center and because it’s clean. My only two complaints are smells from the bathroom, I wish they put something in there to help with the smell. I go there at least four times a week and there’s always a smell. The second thing I wish there was more space in the women’s center and a little more equipment I try to go during less busy hours but sometimes my schedule won’t permit it.I do the squat rack in the women’s center though because you don’t need a spotter. Also the cardio room is nice because it’s dark with a giant screen to watch movies on.

I think the gym is overall good gym but they’re hiding behind Covid and never reopened up to 24 so I paused membership hoping they would open up during hours I could go work out! They didn’t open they charged me for last month because of 30 day notice. I was temporary on hood. I was hospital essential worker. This location was smallest most restricted location I’ve ever been to.

You need to do better about sending out an email update to your customers each time the gym is closed, post an update here on Google in the ‘Updates’ tab, or post an update on your website/app. I’m sure this isn’t a difficult thing to do especially pushing a notification through the app, if not, y’all need to have your IT team fix the design. Other than that I like this gym but please do better about communicating, not everyone has Facebook.

Love this gym, just really really really wish it was open on Sunday's, as that is always one of the only day's for my husband and I to go with our crazy work schedules. I am extremely cautious, but the fact that no one wears masks in the gym now shows me that the reasons for not going back to being open for 24 hours is for a different reason.Once this is resolved, I will gladly edit this into a 5 star review. :)

Do not join!!! This club is unsafe, unprofessional and corporate does not want to help make the environment better. This morning the gym was supposed to open at 5 am. At 5:10, no employee showed up. What seemed to be a patron opened the lock box and opened the doors to allow us in. I waited for a few minutes to see if an employee was present, no one showed. I went back to the womens area to warm up, upon entering a horrible musty smell was in the area and then I saw a severe water damage area, the ceiling had fallen and there was water all over the floor. Buckets were there but the area was not covered and made safe. I went back to the front counter and waited for an employee. I waited for an hour, I left a little past 6am and still no employee was present.I called the corporate office to tell them about the situation, they did not seem interested. I asked to speak to someone r in management, I was told there is no guarantee I can get a call back. I then stated I wanted out of my contract, they canceled but they still need one more month if dues.
