Fitness Connection

The front desk Man Noah has great customer care. His time management with customers as well as attentiveness is what brought me and many others to the gym. And even with his greetings and goodbye reminders, "same time tomorrow" just keeps a reminder of accountability for all of us who struggle to stay consistent. Overall it's people like this who make customers like myself wanna keep coming back.

The gym itself is very nice… HOWEVER, if you decide to CANCEL, they will put your account on hold for 3 months and start billing you again. I specifically told the guy at Lewisville that I was CANCELLING (exact words) because we were moving away!!! He said ok we will put your account on HOLD/FREEZE and if you don't come back in, WE WULL CANCEL ACCOUNT. But today I looked (4 months later-cancelled I thought, in April 2022) and I had been billed through my bank for Oct to Nov as well as the yearly fee... spoke to a lady on phone and she sorry can't do anything about that but your cancelled now... what a scam!!!!! Again, great gym, not so great customer service or communication 👎

I just joined again. Staff is nice BUT since I signed up on line and been going here for OVER a week I have seen only one staff member. 5 times I walked in and worked out. No check in. Today my 7th day and see pics below.These people WORK and have lives. This place is closed ONE MORE TIME at 5am ( change your posting hours if u must) and I will quit and join another gym.

Probably the best fitness connection for upper body, but that's it.I frequent almost all the fitness connections in the Dallas area and I compare them against each other.This fitness connection is a smaller one however it probably has the best equipment for upper body out of all the fitness connections. It has some hoist Rock plate loaded machines that are unique to only this one. It also has the most Hammer strength plate loaded machines out of any other fitness connection. It also has the full array the weight stack machines that all fitness connections have. But beyond that it doesn't really have much else.It has four racks for squatting. Two full squat racks and two half racks with deadlift platforms. Well equipped in that regard however the leg machines it has are the ones I personally do not like. The leg press machines they have is only two and they are both the one that has the bend in the middle of the foot plate. I personally do not like that because where my legs should be is on the bend. It also has two hack squat machines that I personally do not like because of how far off the ground the platform is. Where you put your feet is a good foot above the ground. To me this machine is unsafe because if you were to go to failure there's a higher chance of falling.This location also does not have any other sports amenities like a racquetball or basketball court. To me that is not needed as much however for some individuals it is a must.It does have the full array of cardio equipment and a women's area.My overall opinion is I would definitely come back to this location for upper body and even deadlift days. however for lower body I would rather go to a different location.

The staff are the best, one in particular Thalia was so professional and really nice handling really mean customers aka Karens. Recommend it here equipment is well put up and very easy to use! Will definitely continue coming here.

Thalia is one of the best employees I’ve ever dealt with. I’d definitely recommend this gym solely because she’s very polite to others, such as myself who needed help. Great customer service from her!

Corporate steals your money and don't refund it back. So I cancel my with membership with having a credit of 10.83 but they charged me again while my membership is canceled. Then the agent hung up on me and I wasn't rude.

Great facility with a responsive staff for all your needs.I'm ok with wearing a mask in order to keep our gym open.I don't care to hear about other gyms don't make you wear a mask and that's fine. Move on and quit your complaining. We have a clean gym and most everyone but a few clean the equipment before and after use.

Love the staff, very friendly and professional. Had a situation where this Karen lady was yelling at me for no reason when I was minding my own business doing a exercise, she proceeded to get a staff member. The staff member didn’t know what had happened, so she didn’t take sides and just said if we kept arguing we would have to leave and she didn’t want that since we were here to just work out. Loved how she handled that, continued my workout and the Karen lady called me something I can’t put on google but 10/10 would recommend this place!

At this point it is very aggravating that they haven’t changed the hours back when most, if all, covid restrictions have been lifted. They also continue to charge the full fee as if they are providing full service. I have never had an issue with this gym but it is becoming inconvenient and unprofessional.
