This is twice now that I've had to make a complaint. After the first time and I got an email saying my issue would be taken care of. Well after months on emails to ask if it was. All I get is ignored with nothing that mgives me confidence the issue is taken care of. Well why email me the first time and pretend you care? I like the gym itself. It's the people running certain ones that make it hard for people to want to come back.

WARNING TO ALL WOMEN WHO GO TO THIS GYM: YOU MAY HAVE BEEN FILMED WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!!!I wrote the below review 3 months ago complaint about the harrassment some of the male employees are doing to women by recording them on workout machines and taking pictures. Since the complaint there are still male employees filming women while they workout. 2 days ago I went to workout and one guy that I complained about taking picutres and filming me and other women was still working there. Only 4-5 men were there,working out I was the only woman. No one was at the desk when I came in. About 10 minutes later I saw one of the guys I complained about training another employee to clean the restrooms. The guy saw me told the other employee to stop cleaning and then went straight to the desk and got out his phone. After a while I kept seeing him looking my way and asked if he needed something. He just laughed. The other employee came over and asked if I was okay I told him no. I had complained about the man filming women while they workout and he shouldnt have out his phone. The new guy apologized and went back to the desk. I tried to continue working out but I felt so uncomfortable I left. I called to speak to the 'regional manager' about the harrassment I JUST experienced again 2 days ago (after being reassured this wouldn't happen again..please read PF comment below) Chelsea H.had no empathy about my complaint, even stated that its not against the rules for their employees to be on their phones. I told her I have witnesses that saw flashes from employees phones and no they were not taking selfies at the time!! He was one of the men I originally complained about. I have seen him with his phone up and aimed at women on the stair climber in front of the main desk. She told me she would review the tape from that night and call me back. About 30 minutes later she called me and stated the reason the guy was at the desk was because he was helping members. He helped 2 members but this was already 10-15 minutes AFTER he stopped working to take out his phone. She didn't apologize didn't ask if she could do anything to make my experience better. She was just like...okay. I don't know why I expected her to do anything. I had even complained about a guy flirting with women while his toddler son played around unsupervised on the tanning beds behind the main desk. They didn't do anything then. So I asked for a refund she said no. She said there was no basis for her to give me a refund. Harrassment is NO BASIS????? I cancelled my membership effective today.Ladies, if you are working out on the machines and have an employee sitting there with his phone out behind you...there is a good chance you are being filmed or have pics taken of you!!! Document this harrassment so it can be stopped!*******************************************I haven't been to this gym since I realized some of the employees would sit at the desk watching me and other women on the treadmill or stair climber with their phones up. I really like this gym and I was making so much progress. For me it has been hard to adopt an exercise routine. But when I started going here it was easy enough for me to make going to the gym a habit. But it got derailed from my feelings of disrespect, insecurity and self conscious because of certain employees watching me and other women exercise. I had thought maybe they were watching to ensure proper use of the equipment but I didn't understand why their phones were up. I came in a few times with another member and he saw the same thing.It is a new year and I plan to return to the exercise routine that worked for me. I hope that management will look into what I have said and make positive changes resulting in a more inclusive and respectful gym environment. After all, it is supposed to be a 'No Judgement Free Zone'

Great people. I visit other locations from time to time, but no location is better than my home location in Lewisville. They make you feel welcomed and help anyway possible. Carlos (personal trainer) is great as well. The ambiance encourages you to come and work out. The massage chairs are also a plus!

Nice gym. Well kept. Cheap monthly. Tanning and massage are also here. Dumbbells only go up to 75lbs. Preset curl bars up to 80lbs. Smith machine is about your only other free weight option. Multiple machines for every body part. Circuit setup, for those wanting to keep it simple. Lots of cardio. Great crew working up here!

The space is not very crowded in the early hours, but members seem to be less concerned with cleaning the equipment after use. Large parking lot adjacent to the freeway, but they share the lot with a conference center. This sharing of the lot causes issues with finding a parking spot during the conference shows. The equipment and facility is kept fairly clean by staff members working in the facility. This location has about the same amount of machines I've seen at other locations visited outside the area. This location often has signs posted about things that are out of order and not repaired over several weeks. A lot of people coming to the center who just take space at the machines blocking others working out up to (15) minutes because they want to check their phone.

Nice fitness center. The place is clean. The bathroom is bigger than some other PFs I've visited. The locker room too is bigger and clean too. Very nice staff and great trainer Carlos. Looking forward to do classes here.

Been going here since March decent Gym. Wish it was a bit bigger but has the necessary things needed to work out. I think the lay out needs a bit of work especially the very back room where people do most of their mat exercises. But all and all a good place to work out.

Pretty good but parking lot has about 50 potholes. Be careful when you visit here unless you are rich enough to replace tires every time you come to exercise.😂 When you come late at evening, too many people are here and you need to wait some time to use some of equipments.Edition: 3->5stars!! They are doing great with taking opinions from the reviews. They started reparing the entire road within 10 days of my review posted. Thank you for the good work!
