The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Seems like the free weight and universal equipment is due for an update and the showers are in desperate need of a good detailing. It would also be nice if they could acquire a few flat long benches as all they have are the shorties.

I appreciate the kind and helpful staff. This location-Lewisville has newer equipment and I am grateful for the investment to the gym and community. I love the 30 min station of workout machines! It’s a comfortable place for me to get uncomfortable and learn new equipment and new workouts. Most everyone cleans up after their workouts. Puts equipment away-wipes it down. Grateful! Tracy

Amazing gym! Always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. It's never to crowded and other gym goers keep to themselves but are friendly and say hi. New equipment just added as well as the parking lot just refinished. No more potholes!! Love this gym!!!

I wish the parking lot was better here, but I understand this establishment has no control over that. But what they do have control of is the cleanliness of the facility and the staff, well, they do not disappoint. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is amazing. Super friendly, cheerful, even funny at times. They do an amazing job of being great people! That is really something that does go a long way.

My son and I go here regularly. One of the most affordable gyms to join. Most of the planet fitnesses I have attended throughout the different states or run just about the same and are kept clean.

Do not sign up with planet fitness. It has mediocre services and they will take your money even if you do not use them. Signing up is easy but it is very hard to cancel your subscription. The customer service is not anymore helpful. They don’t care about the customers period.

Gym is okay and clean. No parking what so ever. Employees are either high or just very stupid. Give you the hardest time to cancel. They screwed me out of 79.99 in fees because of their incompetence. There are tons of better and cleaner gyms to go too.

The gym is fine. Clean. Equipped. But the PARKING LOT is HORRIBLE. Unless u have a truck. Potholes will swallow u up. If u have low profile tires or expensive rims... Do not attempt. They need to fix the parking lot. Along w the other businesses. It could be a joint venture

Love this gym. Nothing to complain about. To add, many ask if there's a kids area in this gym - the answer is no. Another thing is that they have a massage bed that I've used after my workout and really liked it. Parking is plenty. Gym is so big you won't have to wait on someone for a machine. Plus it's open 24/7 even on some holidays.
