As far as the gym goes its nothing special to write home about especially being as the lockers and additional services are not available during COVID which of course they "forgot" to mention when signing up. This didn't really bother me because I'm not really interested in those things but it did strike me as odd they left it out when signing up and they didn't have it on their website when I went back to look.A couple of months later and I find out they switched their mask policy right after annual registration fees were charged out of everyone's account and now that they have everyone's money they announced they will change their terms and conditions to require everyone to have a mask.Be careful about doing business with these people.

This location in the DFW area is great. I travel a lot. This is one of my favorite planets that I have used. Clean bathrooms , lockers are in great condition. Overall a really clean gym.

Friendly staff, equipment is always clean and such. My one iffy feel is that I wish some customers would clean after themselves and wipe the machine theyve just used, yuck! But that isnt really the employees fault, i do see the night emoloyees cleaning up (:

Visiting this gym from out of town was a major let down. It was so dark, quiet, and empty, I had to make sure it was actually open (at 6:30 pm when most gyms are packed). The lady at the front desk who I presume is the manager was very rude and short with me as I checked in. The tanning bed had bulbs burnt out, floor and equipment was dirty, cable machine wasn't working correctly. Overall a very strange experience for a planet fitness. Definitely cut my workout short.

I went to go check out Planet Fitness. The plans available have ways to try and either make you pay a year up front or your tied to a 12 to 24 month contract that they tie in to your checking account. They do not do credit card billing so there was no way I was going to allow them access to take money out. I've had bad experiences when billing is set like this and I want no part of it. After I toured this gym I talked to the front desk and they went over the plans and how they work and bill you. I wanted to make sure so I asked if they did credit card billing and he said no and I decided that I had my answer and walked out. Did not want to be tied in to a contract or pay a whole year up front. You never know if you run into problems and want out. I want the option to cancel and get out when I want so be aware and plan ahead for memberships like this. Good luck and think fit, live fit!

I had my first session with a trainer, Alex. He was amazing! Totally made me feel at ease, no judgment, walked me through the entire workout and even did it all with me. Encouraged me the whole time. Definitely a great first experience doing legs and shoulders. I would recommend him and Planet Fitness to everyone.

Love this place. People are so friendly and very knowledgeable. There is no judgement, they met you where you are at and guide you on how to get where you want to be. I have never been much of a gym person, but I actually look forward to going to this gym.Oh, the fact that they didn’t take membership dues out when they along with everyone else was closed due to covid 19, speaks volumes to me.

Love this gym! Great team of employees and the equipment is kept clean and in working order but the best part is the layout of the place. There is lots of room so you don't feel crowded and you can move around easily to get to the machines.

The staff are welcoming and the bathrooms are always clean. The other people who go to this gym have a good culture of cleaning the machines after using them.
