The phone number to cancel takes forever. I listened to the music for 50 minutes then I decided to hang up. The online contact method couldn’t click “send” on the website after you fill up every field. I tried again later in the night on my phone and it worked.I remember 24 hours used to allow members to cancel/freeze account online by themselves, very handy, but now it disabled this feature. This is a greedy move but very unpleasant.Be aware of this when you sign up.

Recently went in yesterday. If you go to workout the treadmills, ellipticals, stair master, bikes are all blocked off. There are only weight machines available. I noticed several people were not wiping down the machines after each use. Be aware of it so when you use the machines to clean it before you use it. Also the womens locker room had blocked off lockers, and showers blocked off as well and its only available for toilets. I still had a good workout.

Not a bad experience, I travel a lot so not sure the new standards with the west coast gyms. I will say i feel that making an appointment to workout is a bit much, bit it was nice that the place was not slammed with people. The time slots are 1.5 hours so plenty of time to have a good workout.

The staff is perfectly fine. They always are friendly enough and say hello and goodbye. I’m not sure what people are so tight about. It’s a good gym for people who really just want to work out.

I think I should have read the other reviews. The management sucks. Firstly the 7 day pass is a joke. I recently moved here and they want my drivers license to have my newer address. That is the only thing they will accept. Or thats what the really rude guy in the management told me. Worst ever management I ever talked. I was planning to join the gym, maybe i need to find a better one. 😝

No free weights or dumbells. No soap in the showers. Equipment is never fixed when broken signs are on them. Locker room is very small. Tv's get no channels but CNN - worthless news!! Terrible gym.

It's a bare bones 24 hour fitness. If you found the staff rude, I imagine you must fall over during light breezes and cry. It's no frills, there's no towel service, it's a gym and that's it. You can shower, you can swim, you can take classes, there are 2 squat racks. If you want 5 star service, maybe find somewhere that doesn't cost half the going rate of regular gyms.

I inquired about a membership, and for some more details about the gym. The man in the office told me, "It's a gym. It has the things a gym would have." He told me I couldn't look around because I could get injured, and to go to the website for more information. He seemed annoyed.I pressed him more on what kind of equipment the gym had, and he mentioned it had a pool and a sauna. I told him that I would not have known that. He responded that only four of the locations do not have a pool.In any case, I felt uncomfortable asking any more questions and I said "I'll look at the website and come back if I decide to join," and the man said "Okay you can do that."Looking at the website now, I see that there is a "3 days free" offer. The man did not mention this either.

This place is literally right next to another facility. It's smaller, but seems to be more secret. There were far less people in here when I took a look. No lifting platforms, but there's a Power Rack and that will suit my needs. The layout is...strange, but it's got all the basics. Locker room is a touch small, but it's not an open-bay like some of the other places I've been checking-out. This little next-door place actually get's a better review than the much bigger one RIGHT OVER THERE.I'd go in here first to see if I could get my Work done. The place is smaller, less people, but somehow nicer than the other place.

1) One of the most dirtiest gym locker rooms in my experience. See the photos.2) The soap in showers is consistently out. They need more cleaning in this location.3) One of the lockers was broken into by thieves and it took them few months to get it fixed.
