“Locals only” According to Bannon the manager here. You have to live in the neighborhood to go inside. He was rude and condescending and claimed that my 3 day pass was invalid because I didnt live here. The policy is that I bring my id and proof of 3 day pass. Nowhere else did I see this “rule”/requirement in a policy prior to signing up and after. Update: They havent followed up!

Beware that you can get INJURED here!!! Machines maintenance is POOR!! I was coming here for more than a year and I always noticed that some machines are wobbly or missing handles so it’s impossible to adjust them. Apparently it was just a matter of time for something bad to happen. On Thursday 07/27/2023 I was using a dual cable cross machine doing tricep pulldowns when suddenly the arm of the machine fell on me and cut my head. The reason was a lock that should hold the arm in place which wasn’t working as it should, otherwise even if the arm slips it would just lock it in the next hole and it wouldn’t be possible for it to fall on my head. I was severely bleeding and gym workers called 911 for me (which I’m thankful for). BUT NOBODY from 24 hour fitness ever said sorry to me even though they have my number and this accident must have been registered by the employees. So be careful coming here and double check that the machine you plan to use won’t kill you.

If you’re not willing to wake up at 5am to go to the gym, this isn’t the place for you.The facility itself is actually great, and has all the equipment you would want and is super clean and well maintained.BUT it’s always way too crowded to even complete your workout. I’ve come at 6:15am, 11am, 2pm, 9pm etc… And been disappointed each time. Every single station I need is taken and I end up spending half of my time waiting around or anxiously looking for something to open up.

Since merging the the 2 gyms, into one smaller gym this place is overly crowded, it doesnt matter if it is 2pm, 6pm or 10pm.

I signed up for a 3 day pass online but the front desk said they didn't accept those. So why did the website even allow us to get the 3 day pass?

This is probably one of the newest worst gyms I've been too. I read the other reviews and thought maybe it was bad timing for them, but no, the girl at the front desk girl with brown hair in a pony tail wearing a mask was rude and did not honor my 3 day pass snd said it was only good for one day according to her manager. half of the equipment is out of order or just straight up missing. big disappointment compared to the other clubs

Zero customer service ! Asked the staff a question about their items in the shelves the guy barely wanted to answer me ! Are you guys really want to sell your items or just want to keep them to get 2 inch dust on ‘em ? What the hell this customer service is ? Just he was standing there mute ! Wow !lol !

This gym is terrible if you like to workout. There’s never weights in the right place, there’s too many people. The staff don’t respond to your requests. Good luck

My 15 year old son broke two of his fingers when trying to use one of the equipments because it is not properly setup. I filed the incident report however it has been over 2 weeks with no follow up. I tried to contact the store manager to get any update but was not able to get an hold of him. I guess customer service is the last on their mind. Instead of taking care of their members they chose to ignore them!
