I've been a member of this gym for quite some time, I find the staff is very helpful friendly I'm willing to help. Is gym is always clean equipments are well organized and clean atmosphere very calm and relaxing...

Clean atmosphere. Friendly staff. Equipment in good shape. Gym shakes are great and a lot of options available. Been a member for a few years now and its honestly one of my favorite gym places to go to!

Big Sky New Britain is great! The entire gym still looks brand new. There is plenty of equipment where you’ll never have to wait long for a machine, if any at all. The giant turf field on the second floor is great for stretching and ab workouts. I recommend spending the extra $10 and getting the hydro massage, it makes a great end of workout treat. The staff is great here, and Liv makes the best protein shakes! Would definitely keep my membership if I was still living in Connecticut full time. Hope they bring back their winter and summer memberships so I can join again!

Great gym that's starting to show it's age. I use this gym in the morning - evening experience will likely vary. I do free weights, elliptical, and use the tanning bed. They maintain the free weights well and the benches/platforms are in great shape, and there's a wide selection for dumbbells that start at 10 and go up to 120, many of the ellipticals are relatively clean for older machines, but have broken buttons and built in TVs that no longer work, and the tanning room/bed gets only the barest minimum of cleaning. The locker rooms, while low cleaning is done adequately, the high areas are filthy, especially the walls around the vent areas; they are completely coated in dust and the lights have an inverted reflector on them that is full of bugs and dust. Showers are clean, but are sprayed down rather than scrubbed so are exceptionally filmy and silicone sealant is in disrepair. The staff is always very friendly and greets me when I walk in.I would recommend the gym to my friends for workouts. If you are shy, it's easy to keep to yourself here in the morning but if you need help, there are plenty of willing friendly people. I never recommend it for tanning due to the poor cleanliness of the bed/room.

What a terrible business! And what terrible business practices. Simply do not give this place your business. They have NO CLUE how to provide customer service. Good luck getting out of any inappropriate charges or cancelling your membership. JOHN at this office is a piece of work. Terrible customer service! Stay away from BIG SKY! Far away.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Is more like" gym spa" very commercial and full of college kids . Just a couple basic machines and small free weights area. Cancellation your membership can be very difficult! If you in to real Gym I recommend you to join POWERHOUSE

Terrible customer service! Just so you all know if you get a membership with this gym you will get attached to them, they will make it impossible for you to cancelled it. Sadly that with everything happening right now in the world with all this Covid-19 (deadly disease) you don't give your members the option to get out of the memberships on time and instead you just decide to extend it. Will not recommend this gym to anyone.

Tremendous atmosphere and facilities at all of their locations. As clean of a gym as you can get! Great trainers and better equipment. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to work out.

Me and my friend signed up for a membership and went to the free training session and signed up for more classes and they didn’t tell us that $200 is the initial pay. I go talk to them and they don’t care at all!!!! The trainer Eric is a bum and steals peoples money. And after I canceled the manager says you still might be charged!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE GYM?!!

Have been a member for 9 years . Very pleasant employees they are very knowledgeable. Patrons old secondary family members to each and every one of us We treat each other with Respect kindness. Will never go to any other gym except for this one
