I'm a member here. The other members here are cool. No egos. Everyone is respectful and come here to work on themselves. Some staff members are cool while others are a little distant. The bathrooms are horrible. The showers are no longer maintained (there is no soap available, it's dirty). The bathroom stalls sometimes look a wreck. I hope the owners do something about this as the the rest of the facility and workout equipment is excellent and well kept. Owners should also be aware there is an LA Fitness opening up here in New Rochelle and these drawbacks may sway some to go there.Update: since my last post, the owners responded here and at the facility (bathrrooms looking better) so I gotta give them 5 stars for their efforts. Thank you

Don't like the fact that checking account information must be given at sign up. Joined NYSC instead... may be more expensive, but they just want a credit card

It's OK, would get 1 or even 2 more stars if management would do something about all the gym users that sit on equipment to do social media and not letting others get their workout.

Just signed up a couple days ago. Has all the equipment that I need for my workouts and there's cleaning supplies everywhere. Love it so far.
