Mike is a great asset to the New York sports club team. He is so personable, pleasant to talk to and will always greet you with a huge smile upon entering the gym. I’ve been coming here for years and I truly believe the gym is a better place now that he is here! The addition of the juice bar being open again is also a huge plus! I love grabbing a shake before or after my workout. I also highly recommend all of the classes, there is a huge variety to choose from ranging from yoga to boot camp and all the instructors are amazing.

When I joined Simon at front desk was extremely helpful and helped me get an answer from my silver sneakers insurance. It's a very friendly atmosphere and very clean.

This has been my gym for the past 2 years. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Simon at the front desk is always very polite and informative. The trainers there are willing to help and knowledgable. The facility is clean, great machines, showers and a sauna. I am here 5 days a week. I have made a bunch of friends here as well. Great place to work out. Thank you NYSC😊

Great gym for me it has all the free weights, exercise equipment I need. Never waiting to get a bench or a machine no one reading their phone taking up space. The mix of serious body builders and everyday people is motivating with a friendly environment.

Very nice gym ,not as large as the others but preety clean , nice people, dont get too crowded . Too bad there is no trains around but if you live in Queens and driving, it should not have an issue

NYSC at The Shops at Atlas Park provides a well-equipped gym with friendly staff and a variety of classes. The facility is clean and well-maintained. It’s not crowed like Blink. The juice bar is fairly priced. Overall, a good fitness option in the area.

Awful costumer service and beware of them spreading false information regarding memberships and pricing. I joined with my boyfriend and was told that since I’m adding him to my account, if I cancel or freeze that his account would also be canceled or frozen since I’m the primary account. I had to cancel because I moved and was once again told by the front desk staff if I cancel my membership his would also be canceled. I have been getting charged for his account and they will not return my money. When I spoke to the manager, Naz she was not helpful. If you’re looking for a gym, look elsewhere. Not only do they not care about their members but it’s always packed with obnoxious high schoolers.
