Old machines that’s always broken. They need to hire better management. Don’t ever take their words. I filled out their membership cancellation form and they didn’t gave me a receipt and tried to charge me for the next month. SMH

Home gym since 2015. Great ambience and management. Equipment could use an upgrade but overall solid gym for anyone. I always feel comfortable and I appreciate the weights being organized most times. Front desk is always welcoming and helpful whenever I need to address concerns.

This is the best gym! Great equipment, friendly atmosphere, clean space, and great staff. I’ve been coming here for 15 years. I recently worked with Angel for personal training, he completely upgraded my workout routine and helped me get to my fitness goals. I highly recommend working with him. Also, it’s really nice to be greeted when you first walk in, so thanks Mike and front staff for always being so welcoming and helpful. Management has always been extremely helpful too.

Great gym for the price. Machines are all fixed, gym is super clean, super easy to sign up, nice friendly people at the front desk. I’d give this gym 5 ⭐️ if parking was free.

Nysc had a 3 workout session deal for first timers looking to hire a personal trainer. I approached Angel and spoke to him about a few issues I was having and was interested in signing up to learn new exercises to progress. Angel was very informative on my injuries and issues I had and worked with me through a three week program to help me with new excercises to condition my body better.Three sessions may not sound like much but it was well worth it and I look forward to continuing more training sessions in the future.
