New york sports club has been my gym for almost 8yrs and I love it. The gym is always clean and plenty of machines and treadmills to choose from. They also great classes to choose from. Employees are always nice and helpful.

NYSC Glendale is never too crowded during the day and I always have the ability to get in and out of the gym quick and efficient. Friendly staff always helpful.Simon and nas are awesome! Parking is free with validation. I def recommend coming in and giving it a shot.

This gym deserves zero stars!! The managers working at this gym are unprofessional and provide unclassified information regarding cancellation after asking them multiple times and still get charged! After being a loyal customer for 4 plus years and what I got from speaking and dealing with a so called manager was disrespect and scammed! The audacity for the managers to thank you for being a loyal customer when the managers themselves cant be loyal!

Availablity of classes and instructors is great with Up to date equipment, Clean and safe enviroment with very friendly and helpful staff. Laid back community and friendly patrons, seemingly unjudgmental and courteous. What more could you want from a gym? Reasonably priced in an inflated economy. Very solid place to come work out, and meet like minded folks.

Had a great experience signing up for a membership. Jonathan thoroughly explained the membership options, the benefits, the cancellation policy, and what has changed in the gym since I went pre-Covid. He answered my questions and took the time to show me the improvements. I really appreciated his transparency. Excellent customer service!

Returned after about 7 years because the YMCA I had been going to has had services drastically reduced. I was very disappointed. Almost all the weight machines have problems. The pins hang out halfway and they practically pop out when you are working out. On almost all the machines the lower weight options are not even available, the pin will not go in. Most of the mechanisms for raising and lowering seat height, etc. are very sticky and can barely move. On the way out I mentioned these problems to the front desk person, she seemed completely clueless both as to the problem or what to do about it. Did not even suggest I speak to the manager. Amazing this club can continue with such ill maintained machines. I won't be going back.

Recently started attending this gym again after a long hiatus from NYSC. The club is clean, machines are well maintained, staff is friendly & I was so happy to see Nastazja back as manager , she’s the best!
