The entire gym is so clean. Staff is extra kind and courteous. You do get reduced parking too for being a member. The hours are amazing! I love this place.

I like the gym and Simon is a great asset to the club. The only criticism I have is more updated equipment is needed and I wish ppl would rack their weights when finished. Gym etiquette has to be adhered to.

I've been coming to this gym for about 10 yearsThe good. It's affordableEquipment is pretty decent. It's not crowded.Staff is very friendly. The badEvery Winter for about a month there's no hot water.Once a month the showers have gnat flying all over. There are hooks missing in the showers. You have to pay for parking.I would pay $10 more a month for all of this to be fixed and $20 if they give 1/2 price parking pass for a 3hrs.

Great gym, much better than the Austin street location. Lots of facilities including a sauna. The staff is very friendly too, if you ever need help with anything ask for Simon. Been going here for about 2 years and the service has stayed excellent.

They have decent equipment, but a combination of gym goers with bad etiquette such as not putting weights and equipment back where they belong and the fact that little stuff like clips, ropes, and handles are always somehow missing makes some days annoying.I suggest that the staff enforce good gym etiquette and make more equipment readily available

Updating to five stars as my last customer experience and my wife were pleasant and helpful. My work discount for the subscription was honored and has helped my membership be affordable. Recommend this place as management and staff seem much more helpful and engaging than previously, so a lot of change has occurred recently.

This location was a pretty good experience. I was there between 12pm to 1:30pm. Worked out legs. There were 2 squat racks that I noticed. Weights weren't scattered all over the gym, which was a huge plus in my book. Leg press machine is a …

NYSC Glendale is what you should imagine when you think of your "Perfect Gym". If you live in Queens (or anywhere in NYC) you should absolutely be working out here. Upon walking through the doors, your mood will instantly be lifted by the friendly smiles at the front desk and positive energy all around! You'll especially appreciate their attention to cleanliness and organization. The staff (and most members) go out of their way to make sure that all equipment is in its proper place and is disinfected regularly. Also, new equipment seems to arrive on the floor regularly! I've been to many gyms in the area that have worn out equipment that looks to be decades old. This place is modern, reliable, constantly improving and damn near perfect! If I can workout at one gym for the rest of my life, it would be NYSC Glendale.

I’ve worked out in many gyms across NYC. I give this gym 5 stars because they have everything you pretty much need & the people who come to this gym are neat and respectful. Plus the staff is polite, machine are always available, the locker room has a lot of space & they have a parking lot. I honestly think this gym is 10 times better then any blink and retro in Queens. Will continue to come here.
