I signed up for a great New Years promotion in 2019 that only charged me $25/month. This gym was worth it at that price point. Warehouse aesthetics/lots of college guys. I wish they had more modern equipment, but everything is well-maintained and clean. It was very easy to cancel my membership at the front desk. No hassle at all.

As many here have already said, this gym treats its members well until they try to cancel their membership. Definitely use a credit card so you have some recourse with your bank to get your money back and cancel the payments.I was a member for about a year and and enjoyed the facilities, their equipment works well and usually its not packed enough that you have to wait while you go through your routine. However, once I tried to cancel they had "technical difficulties" and said a manager would call me back -- never did. So far I've called 3 times since August without any luck in cancelling and had to call my bank instead to get the money refunded. overall poor cancelling experience and if it wasn't for my credit card dispute I would be out 180$ with no recourse, be careful!

Decent gym and almost the only option around the area. The equipments and facilities in general are slightly outdated but sufficient for most people’s needs. I am upset about the squash courts being taken up by bike trainers and other random equipments though because I signed up partially to play. Please bring the squash courts back because it is such a waste to one of the only highlights your gym offers.

So I had a membership here for over a year. The gym is solid. During peak times it can be hard to use some equipment. Why I’m giving this a 1 star is the customer service. The day I cancelled my membership I either left my sweatshirt there or it was stolen. I called later that day when I realized I didn’t have it to see if they would take a look in the locker room and locker I had it in. I was told I was “welcome to come back and take a look and no one had turned it in”. Was hoping to have someone take a quick peak in the locker room and secure it for me if it was there because I was hours away at this point. Unfortunately, you can’t rely on the staff for much here. There goes 100$…

I have had a membership here for about half a year now and I love it! The customer service is great (some actually know my name now and always say hi to me), the equipment is great, I go about 5-6 times a week and the only time I have trouble using equipment is when someone else is using it, and if I don’t know how to use equipment then a staff member always helps me if I ask! The overall vibes are amazing, 10/10 from me :)

The best, most convenient and very affordable. Just ask for a discount if you’re paying over 40$ but it could change with CoVid situation (used to be at least $69). Doesn’t have a pool but for this price and convenience you can’t have it all. It does have a punching bag and that’s why I’m going to BSC. The staff is always around, helpful and polite. Multiple different machines and free weights to chose from. Several different rooms for different purposes - cycling, stretching and one-on-one lessons.

Great gym, lots of equipment and space plus a sauna and racquetball courts. But it does have small locker rooms and some treadmills and machines have seen better days. Works with gympass through BCBSMA

Never enough equipment. Even in the middle the afternoon and with “reduced” capacity. Wasted space and equipment in the personal training area NOBODY uses.
