24 Hour Fitness

No towels, dirty work out areas, dirty bathrooms and there are no paper towels to wipe down the machines. If I could give it a zero I would. The sauna seating area is black from dirt and grime.

This so called "Super Sport" has gone down in rating for me. Bathrooms are dirty, showers are disgusting, no towel service for a "Super Sport", machines constantly broken. Still gonna be a member of this franchise BUT will no longer be attending this location.

I tried to sign up for a free three day trial, and then as soon as you do that, they harass you into signing up for a membership, I kept saying no no no, until they said I could have one month of the gym for $10, so I said sure. But really at that point they have your card on file and they can choose to charge you however much they want, so I cancelled at the end of my month because I wasn't satisfied with the gym, as soon as I did that, they charged me $75 for a year membership agreement, and $39.99 for the month. BUT I CANCELLED! !!! why should I be charged such an exuberant amount???? I've tried calling, and wveevery just says, oh we cantc help you with that! Now im waiting for the general manager to call for him to say the same thing!!!And the place is dirty, I never once saw any employee cleaning or any of the members spraying the machines after use.

This place is filthyshowers filled with mildew and roaches!! Plus recently they got ride of there towel service which we as customers pay for! We could pay less and go to a Super Sport and get similar amenities but the towel service was one of the selling factors of this gym and now it’s gone. The machines are constantly broken I do not recommend paying the high price for this place it’s not worth your money.

Paper towels normally run out. Sometimes paper towels can be found on equipment or nearby. The spray bottles are normally empty or non functional. Saw roach on the floor told employees they said there's nothing we can do about it. Most of the treadmills screech when running I'm fat but not break the treadmill fat. Many on my count 4 are not working right or not at all. Cleaning crew uses same water on pretty much all the machines, that's not cleaning that's smudging the dirt in dirty water. I'm not gonna hit up the sauna or pool. I'm fearful on what might be lurking.

Let's get this straight. There is no such thing as a "great" 24 hour fitness location in the greater LA area. You want a 5 star gym? You gotta pay to play. With that being said, this one has good square footage, decent cleanliness, and seems to make an effort at keeping the rubber mats and equipment in a useable shape. This 24hr location is better than ANY of the 24hr locations in West LA, Santa Monica, LAX and Inglewood. Much much better. Parking is plentiful as well.

Issues with Juan is all I need to say. Please just go to a different gym.thank you.

rather go to the YMCA. Issues at this 24/7 because of its greed and unwilling cooperation to offer a 3 day trial.

I've only seen the inside of one of the shower rooms the others have permanent residents

It's a nice facility within jogging distance from home, though I do tend to go during the middle of the night to avoid the crowds.
