Manager screwed me up on my membership. Seems like he just wants to hit his goals. I informed corporate in this regards. Hope they will take some action.

Friendly staff! Elliptical machines are NOT working 100% properly. Some of the grips are peeling off, heart monitors don't work on some of them. Bathrooms are filthy, toilet paper dispenser was empty.

Filthy gym. I have been a member for 5 years and it has gone down hill this year. Floors are dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, towel service is no longer available as on 10/15, but as of now, they have like 10 towels out a day....keep in mind, this is a super sport, showers, pools, sauna, steam room.

Great gym, high ceilings plenty of room and equipment. Always clean and staff are friendly. Also this is a SS location so the towel service is available which is a plus.

They charge 40+ dollars a month and have gotten rid of their towel service and don’t even have basketballs to give out for the court WHEN IT IS EMPTY. What sets this apart from a regular 24 hour sport?The Fontana location is a sport location with a basketball court. Why the hell am I gonna pay this much money for a “Supersport” that literally doesn’t have anything different than a sport?Y’all at robbing us.
