I have been wanting to take my fitness up a notch and have been on the fence about joining a fitness boot camp or CrossFit. But as fate would have it, I got an email. I stopped in , met with the friendly and informative staff, and I signed up. I have gone to 2 sessions already and glad I joined.

Great program! The instructors create awesome workouts that really work the muscles. They also give ways to increase or decrease each station depending on where you are at personally. Always nice and kind and really care about each person!

my story of why I signed up to do the 6 week boot camp. I had surgery February 28th which took months to heal from. I had weighed just over 185. I was so upset with myself for letting myself hey that big but before surgery I was unable to jump, run and the months of healing I want able to do much of anything. once healed I started water Pilates and walking. I lost just over 15 lbs. when I saw this boot camp in my Facebook page. I was healed enough that I could start more of a workout so I decided to come in and see what it was about. signed up and today read my last work. I lost the 25 pounds and I'm going to continue to workout to get the last few pounds off. I want to thank Brett, Dustin and Brandon for letting me join the camp and pushing me to reach my goal.

I look forward to exercising every day. The trainers, Allison and Justin know how to get us moving! I like the variety of exercises and how we work on a different set of muscles each day! I’ve been going to FBBC STRONGSVILLE for 6 weeks now. And I feel slimmer and full of energy after class. I'm ready to take on the world!

I recently finished a 6- week challenge and lost 30lbs. I could not have done it without the help of Brett, Allison, and Justin. Their support throughout the challenge made my goals very attainable. I highly recommend Strongsville fit body to anyone who’s looking to help them reach their goals

Hello, viewers if you’re looking to change your lifestyle you’re looking at the right place to start. I began with FBBC through a 6-week challenge and through dedication, a change of diet and finally working out with them 3 days a week it aided in my weight loss. FBBC had half-hour high interval sessions that targeted different parts of the body. Their gym was equipped with plenty of different activities and equipment to get all of their workouts done. Through personal trainers classes were small and able to create a connection with their students. Classes were handled efficiently and able to be signed up for through an app which I considered handy. All in all, I also attended the gym 5 days a week with FBBC as my pre-workout for three days a week for 6 weeks. It was a joy to start off my morning with a great group of people and the trainers that motivated us through. My results came in as losing 12 ibs, losing 5% of body fat, gaining 3% of muscle, and the best part losing 10 inches of my waist! I am satisfied and definitely recommend starting your journey at Fit Body Bootcamp!

I am only week 1in BUT completely happy with my results so far!! I can see and feel a difference already. I love the workouts and the meal planning is very helpful! I am down 6lbs so far. I can't wait to see the results in the end!!

Workout here was effective. One of the best Bootcamps that I've been to! Exercises were progressed or modified according to abilities. Workout started on time, good warm-up good variety of exercises and challenges and good cool-down. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to "Get Fit"!
