I can not give Mike enough accolades as a personal trainer and mentor. Maria, Mike and the entire staff make you feel like you are their ONLY client every time you arrive. Smiling, Welcoming, helpful. The gym is state of the art, the vibe radiates with positive energy. I encourage you to experience Fit Works in Parma. You will be glad you did!!

Similar to another review I just read. My dad had a membership at bally's years ago, fitworks bought them out. My dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness earlier this year so I tried cancelling his membership for him. Everyone I talked to kept giving me different numbers to call to have it cancelled. One lady was finally trying to help, but could not find him in the system. Interesting that they kept charging his account every month but couldn't find him in the system. I've also sent multiple emails with no response. My dad passed on Oct 9th, 9 days ago. Yesterday, Oct 17th, they charged a dead man's account. I'm furious.
