Got charged for the entire pandemic period inspite of freezing the membership. Would not provide a credit . Cancelled service out of bad faith .

Clean gym with onsite managers. Very friendly. Many classes that cover a variety of exercises. Someone always says hello when you come in.

Really enjoyed the environment and the professionalism of the employees. If you're not adamant about a gym with a pool or track, this should work for you.

Very clean an up to date facility. Area for oly lifting, crossfit, and other non bodybuilding activities a very good edition. Totally five stars and "recommend to go"

A friendly and accommodating staff can make all the difference at a commercial gym, and Fitworks Parma is first class in this area. Mike and the entire staff and extremely helpful and friendly and do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. Not to mention the gym itself, plenty of space, top tier equipment selection AND deadlift platform/ area is a big plus. One thing I would say to offer potential improvement suggestions would be a back pullover machine and maybe a butt blaster/ hip thruster machine.

Great place to workout! Very clean and the staff are very helpful. The second level with the boxing area is a nice feature about the gym. The cardio movie theater room is great!

Been a Fitworks Parma member since 2017 and I have truly enjoyed my time spent at Fitworks.Plenty of equipment for when it gets busy after dinner on weekdays. Whether you into machines, spinning, open floor classes, free weights or power lifting, they have the equipment and space.Friendly staff and group of members; Gym Manager Mike is awesome guy that will always make sure you're getting the most out of your workout and has taught me many important concepts of staying in shape.

I was a long time member of FX Fitness in Broadview Hts. When the gym closed down around Memorial Day our memberships were transferred to Fitworks. From day one Michael Anderson and his staff have made me feel like I was part of the Fitworks family. This gym is clean, well equipped with a very friendly staff. If you're looking for a gym in the Parma area give this one a try.

Great gym! It's large and has everything I need to weight lift or do cardio. Guys don't harass the girls and vise versa. There's a ton of TV's and music and they have some BOMB shakes. But my favorite part is the staff! They are very personable and you can ask them to help you with any machine or workout and they will! The classes are also for all ages AND they have free babysitting in the gym while the parents workout.
