I gotta say that this place at first was nice. They’ve just pissed me off lately when I couldn’t bring in my buddy. What so ridiculous is that I’m paying the premium price. The customer service was suck!!

Huge variety of classes and equipment. Nicest personal training programs ever. Trisha Lynn is a rock star! 5+ stars.

Asked to freeze my account bc of medical reasons even brought in doctor notes bc of injury and wouldn't be working out there. I even offered to my fee when I brought in the paperwork. The manager at that time told me I wouldn't pay a fee bc of the medical reasons.They reactived my account for no reason then sent it to collections.everyone should be on the same page.

Don’t go here! They have no respect for customers or hardly even customer service at all. I contacted the manger about one of his employees bad talking a customer over Facebook ( picture will be above). Such disrespect he showed toward the place he works and feelings about this customer who is wanting to/ bringing business to where you work young man. If your thinking about going to a gym, as he said in his post. Go to planet fitness.

I'm impressed! The gym is clean, has a great atmosphere, and has great amenities for those who need it (i.e. sauna, daycare, yoga studio, and free weights).

Unhappy with changes. That was very rude to me when I asked about the changes. Would not honor five dollar multi gym access upgrade because I was older member. Offer to freeze my account was never offered just in the paperwork. Longtime member disrespected and they didn’t care. Find yourself a real gym.

Very upset with the way they try to rip off their customers. I was on an old contract when they moved to the new location and i was paying 10$ per month. They cancelled my contract without notice, and i had to pay enhancement fee of 42$ and 19.99 plus tax a month and i even paid a year upfront. I only went there for a couple months and After coming back from vacation i moved and i never went there, and i didn’t bother to go back for any refund as i already paid the full year. I got a letter by mail on december stating that my bill will be due january 17, and i called to let them know that i am not going to the gym anymore. Josh answered and told me that i needed to sign some papers so they can cancel my membership. He then emailed me papers stating that i agree to pay enhancement fees and january membership even though i explained to him that i haven’t been going there for awhile, and i won’t be going back any soon. I never signed anything and will not pay a penny, and i will never go there again. I was also a good customer they lost. And i agree they have good personal trainers, but the worst customer service.

I live in Strongsville and drive all of the way to Parma to come work-out at this gym. I have been to numerous gyms before this one and I have to say that this gym has every piece of equipment available and plenty of space. I love the staff and the atmosphere!!

Great gym! Very clean, affordable and staff is friendly. Check out the cardio theatre room and sauna. Showers and locker room is extremely clean!

Worked out here on my visit and was very pleased. Nice facilities and didn't have that crowded feel alot of gyms have. I will be getting a membership here when I become a permanent resident of the city.
