Love the newer facility. Wife and I have been going here for almost 3 years now. Great price and nice gym community. Have just about any piece of equipment you could possibly want.

I love it here. The batbrooms are always clean, they have a sauna and they're open really early for people who come before work and open late for the ones who come after. The staff is really nice and its really not that expensive. They have a little bit of everything you would want to do at the gym!

Who works friday nights? The gym hours say it is open 24 hours, but this white male worker closed last week at 12, and today at 10. He should be fired. Ruining my gains smh....

Mike signed me up. He's very friendly, whole staff is nice. Solid gym, has everything I need. A lot better than planet fitness. Lol

From the beginning I felt this place was like family and not a gym. The staff is amazing. The personal training staff is one of the most professional staff I have ever worked with. They want you to achieve your goals and will help you reach them. I feel blessed to have found a great place that provides different fitness classes that will keep you motivated.

Just started working at parma fitworks as a Personal Training Manager, the gym is fantastic with a wide variety of exercise equipment and a cardio cinema. Great gym with affordable rates and friendly people.

Josh Edie from Parma Fitworks has been training me for a few months and I am extremely happy with the results! Before I met Josh my workouts were lackluster, stagnant and it’s safe to say I was on a multi-year plateau. He got my workouts kicked into high gear by adding high intensity, fast paced sessions. We use a combination of weights, plyometrics and core training that has helped build muscle and burn fat. If you are looking to achieve instant results I highly recommend you ask for Josh at Parma Fitworks!

I am very much impressed with the staff and service at the Fitworks in Parma. I started working with a trainer Brandon who is very professional and wonderful at working with a wide range of clientele. If you have doctors orders, he's the guy you are looking for. Tyler is my current trainer, and I can not tell you how pleasant it is to work out with him every week. It's no walk in the park, but if you want results, he's your guy. All the trainers are courteous and respectful, and if you are a woman, its the perfect place to work out.The atmosphere is relaxed, so no worries that you might get hit in the face by some ogre's jock strap. It is non-judgmental, and other members and staff are minding their own business while you work out. The trainers have degrees, or are well educated on what exercises they are teaching. They are always available if you have a question about how an exercise is executed or regarding nutrition.I just can't say enough good things about the Parma Fitworks.
