The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the desk staff is very nice and helpful when help is needed. However when it comes to enforcing COVID safety regulations, they are lacking. At least during the time of the day that I am usually there. After the pandemic has passed, I would recommend this gym to anyone. Until then, if you are serious about COVID and physical fitness, you the member must exercise caution and be as defensive as possible while at this facility.

I've been a member of Fitworks for 2 years and I'm very happy with this gym. The staff Mike W, Kayla, lisa, Maria, Devon are friendly & professional as far as Mike is concerned he is always right there to help. If he sees me doing something the wrong way he makes sure and steps in to help me. The gym is very clean they have alot to offer with classes & equipment, playland. This is more than a gym it's a family atmosphere. Very happy with all the equipment free weights & kettle bells & they have a great personal training team & the gym itself is well run. Kayla makes the best smoothies and is so helpful. All around it's home way from home. I also wanted to mention that the membership fees are very reasonable Parma fitworks family is like my second family. Since I have been a member I have lost 6 pants sizes. For the first I feel great about myself. The staff also makes you feel good by being encouraging and inspiring. Great job Thank you

I love this gym so much. Very clean and has a variety of equipment. The staff is super friendly and Mike always gives you some words of encouragement and a smile! Plus the smoothies are amazing.

I’m not going to go to a one star, because I’ve just started here. I’ve just moved to the area and I chose this gym because of location, classes, etc.It all lined up/worked for me.However, the woman that signed me up? Could not have been less pleasant. She acted as though I was nothing more than a bother. Was incredibly distracted and even scoffed when I asked about something included with the membership. It was appalling.I’ve never started at a new gym feeing less welcome or confident. I didn’t even get a tour of where everything was. I’m restarting my fitness journey after some health/personal issues. So I was already feeling anxious. She DEFINITELY didn’t help. Had there been anyone else there? A manager? I would have went full Karen and complained.

Staff could not have been more rude. Was really excited about joining a new gym so I asked for a tour, called first and said it would be fine. Was under the impression that someone would show me around. When I got there 2 girls at the front desk one with blonde hair other purplish looked at me no greeting whatsoever, I told them I was coming in for the tour and called earlier they said “okay” and did nothing. I walked around the gym by myself everyone staring at me and left. Was seriously considering signing up until that first experience.

Nice environment! But not enough space. They need to expand just a tiny bit more.

Great corporate gym facility. Has everything you need for a good workout. Can get extremely crowded during expected rush hours.

Been a member for just under three years now and really love the gym. The team is great, the equipment is well cared for and it's always a good atmosphere.

Workers and staff are super friendly, reliable and helpful. Equipment is always kept in great shape. Wouldn't reccomend any other gym.

It’s one of the smaller fitworks. Kept clean And never too crowded when I’m there but ready to move gyms since they lock the spin studio when classes are not running. The One and only bike on the floor is rusty and it is loose enough to feel unsafe. I’ve been to many other Fitworks facilities and not one Other location locks the spin studio. They would get 5 stars if there was access to bikes not during class time.
