If I could give a zero I would. I have over 32 million views on my reviews. This place here plays favorites. I come in and I'm a black member. I go all over United States I come in. They made me do all kinds of paperwork even though my membership card accepted me. Then I had to get on another computer answer all these questions. Then they had to put it into their computer and then I only have certain amount of time I work. I jump in and out and then for tanning someone comes in after 25 minutes of being in here going through all this hassle and they gave him the tanning bed that I've been trying to get done that would only took me 12 minutes. Now I had to walk out and I couldn't get nothing done. I only had 45 minute gap to get what I needed done in here. Ruined my whole day. Thank you! Absolutely worst. Never had no other problems and no other state in the United States., 👇👇👇👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Maybe the fifth bad review in 3 years

First planet fitness I’ve been to in my 5 years enrolled that actually saw that weight lifting was more popular and added extra smith machines, and doubled all the weights. 5 stars for that alone! I was getting so annoyed waiting my turn before, now I almost never do! Thank you for paying attention to what your customers need/want! The new showers look great too!

Ugly colors. Too much purple. Otherwise pretty good gym

Awful been at this gym for a while the remodeling process was a nightmare, charged for the gym even though you didn't have access to the full gym they are still under the remodel process been doing in since August when we were all told it would take a month or two to complete. The remodeling has made the gym even smaller than what it was before so there is zero room to work out with ropes or kettlebells, equipment is so close together that you are literally working out on top of another person. Switching my membership over to Brunswick or Brookpark where you can actually utilize the equipment and space.

I love this location. Wesley and Nick were very informative on how the tanning beds and full body enhancement work. They make the facility very welcoming with always having a smile on their face. Highly recommend this location.

Great staff at the Strongsville, Ohio location. CLEAN!!! Wow is this place clean. Great mix of people who want to stay fit.
