Place is so sensitive the girls act like they’re models over there when they’re ugly and fat. Criticize you everything you do even if it’s your work out.

I signed-up as a Silver Sneakers member at the Planet Fitness Strongsville location with Hailey. She did a great job taking care of everything, and she was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Truly, Hailey is a great ambassador for the Planet Fitness brand and I'm glad I signed-up here.Oh, I got in a great workout and I liked the layout of the place, too!

First off, I never write reviews so this should tell you how angry I am. I have now followed up at your facility three times with the request to get my billing statements emailed to me, as I need this in order for our company to reimburse us for the year. I was initially told to go online to pull this up using my membership number. I did so, but the website only gives me November and December. I went back into the club and was told by the supervisor they would talk with the regional manager and call me back. I have followed up twice since then and keep getting the same response with no call back. Why can the Avon location print them up when a co-worker made the same request a few weeks ago? Poor customer service and management! We will be canceling our membership and going to the Avon location

Remodeling for months. They closed for a week and posted on the door they will reopen dec. 5. Went dec. 5 and they’re closed still. The front lobby was a mess. I don’t think they’ll be reopening soon.

I liked working out there, but they have been closed almost a month with no communication of any updates. (Originally supposed to be December 5th). I feel like paying customers should know of any possible reopening dates or further delays.

My wife and I joined this location when it first opened 3 or 4 years ago or so. We had been very happy with everything about the facility (hours, equipment, lack of crowds) until this "remodeling" project began at the end of August. Nothing has been completed, and they just keep tearing more things apart. And yes, porta potties and no running water for almost three months now....it's almost December. Why can't something be finished before there's more demolition. And today we found out that it's going to be closed for a week beginning next Tuesday for more demo and construction. We are not confident it will only be a week. We are planning on taking advantage of the offer to use Brookpark in the interim, and if that works out, maybe we'll change facilities.

Friendly staff, squeaky clean facility, plenty of equipment and options. The wellness area is a big bonus!
