Great gym like everybody says. You need to change your message of being open 24/5(false advertising). I was there last night and I was told they close at 9, this is on a Friday. So they close on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Very disappointing, there were others they turned away as well last night. Open 24/4 NOT 24/5.

First time at this location. Very clean and had a great selection of equipment. Very pleased and will be back many more times while I am in town working.

I just wanted to leave a review I had such a good experience at the brookpark location first of all the fact that they're letting teenagers sign up for free during the summer is amazing honestly that's what more gym should be doing also everybody's so friendly and nice they really really are like they explained everything in detail they answered all my questions I like the fact that they keep your credit card on file so you could just pick something up without having to bring in your money or card I was tanning I was going to buy a packet and thegirl behind the counter said no no before you spend your money try mine and she actually pulled out her expensive tanning lotion and let me use it I mean how nice is that and anytime I go there everything's available some gyms you knoware over crowded you can't use the equipment you want and I like the fact I really like this that you cancel at any time I mean the last gym I was at I was tied down to a year-long membership well guess what I probably only used 2 months out of that year which is my fault but it would have been nice not having to pay for something I wasn't using it really is such a good gym

Went in today to cancel my membership and the nice girl at the desk asked me if I was there to start up a membership. I told her no I was actually there to cancel my membership and some guy behind the desk was like "TOLD YA!" Rude. Also weird and unprofessional.

Staff is always super nice and helpful at this location! I went to another location and got terrible customer service so I will always be coming back here. Tons of machines and never too crowded to get on the machine I want.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment. Never waited for a machine. Only complaint is sometimes it's terribly hot in there, and/or the fans are on low speed.

I had issues with a manger there named grace. who I spoke to she was very rude and failed to tried to help me with renewing my membership. She kept checking her phone aswell and disregarded everything I had to say. Definitely need new management before I return.

Always clean with plenty of exercise equipment. It has never been overly busy when I go. I love that there are lockers with combination locks that you can choose the combination so you don't have to bring your own lock. There are larger lockers in the locker room where you can bring your own lock. I love ending my workout with a massage on the hydrobed.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is clean and equipment maintained. HOWEVER the music is at times obnoxiously loud. I love music of all genres, but don’t need loud rock and contemporary blasting the whole time. Lower the level at the gym on Snow Rd in Parma. Thank you.

I love the tanning and the kids who work there and the hydro bed wonderful. It's a great place to go to work out I have a gym where I live it's a small one so I don't work out as much at Planet Fitness but I do like when I do go. And plus when I had to pull my membership during the pandemic they were very understanding because I couldn't wear a mask for my health. So join get fit get healthy and love life .
