The bathrooms were so nasty & trifling last time I was there I couldn’t use any of the stalls before my workout normally I wouldn’t ask but I asked them at front desk if someone could clean the ladies bathroom and they told me yes and after 2hours of working out they weren’t touched do to that I had to change locations for a while which didn’t even matter because ALL 3 locations of the planet fitness bathrooms are disgusting I hope that management sees this review with the hopes of changing things

This place is cleaner than any place I ever visited the people there take good care of things everybody's nice to you this is this is an example of a Jim that should never be closed due to go covid-19

Money grubbing pieces of......disabled, went in on crutches to cancel membership, found out months later they didn't, cost me hundreds of dollars, still couldn't get to ORIGINAL LOCATION I signed up at to cancel so finally out of casts, started using membership again and THEY CANCELLED ME because of a bad review.

This gym is a joke. They don’t take cleanliness seriously and only worry if you wrote your e-mail clearly. I suggest new management.

@PlanetFitness Tanning bed was shut off on me 3 minutes in, Bc I didn't sign my name?? Customer service is dead. Krystan is the worst ever. Can't believe it. #planetfitness #timetocancle
