Friendly staff, good hours, reasonable price, clean environment, lots of machines available and convenient location

This is my home gym. I always feel comfortable working out here. It is a very accepting and nice environment to work out in.

The staff is absolutely amazing!! Every single employee!! If I was their employer, every single one would def get a raise, so they would stay

Edit: Friendly reminder to disregard the owner’s response. They said they would work with me but then never came thru. Their employees messed up and stuck me with a $300 bill. Go workout somewhere else.Be careful of these scammers. I went in early last month to cancel my subscription, signed the electronic form and everything. But *somehow* I keep getting charged and they don't have any record of me doing this. The manager on the phone made it my problem, not theirs, wasn't apologetic, and simply said "if you didn't get a confirmation email I don't know what to tell you." STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.UPDATE: So that little response from the owner below prompted me to email the address they listed. I jumped through all these hoops for them, did everything they requested, under the guise that they would help me figure out my problem and refund the money I was owed due to the incompetence of this horrible staff. After weeks and weeks of off and on again communications, in which they would ghost me and then come back acting like they had never heard of me, I finally got my account closed. And guess what happens once that's finally finished? Their final email said "sorry but we can't refund you."DO NOT LISTEN to the "response from owner." They are simply the marketing team trying to get you to shut up. This place is a SCAM.

I don't have a membership but I was going to buy equipment off of them that they listed on Facebook. They were unreliable and gave me the run around for about a week about setting a time to pick it up. Total waste of my time.

I started my membership with the Brookpark location, but have started using the Day Dr. Parma one due to more space and equipment. I also like the fact that the massage and tanning is available for all open hours, as some places have started closing them at 10pm and I am usually a later in the evening gym goer. I will continue to use this location as it is close and best by me.

Planet fitness on Day Drive is a wonderful gym! It's very clean, all of the workers are amazing and the trainer Sydney is phenomenal! I absolutely love that gym!

Great place to go get your workout on... I like the staff and music selection. I can get in there, do what I have to do and move on. The patrons of the facility seem to be nice as well, doing their part in keeping it clean for the next personas well.

I have a very serious privacy concerm with the staff at this location.The staff have been sharing personal & private member information with other members at the gym. On 2 occasions now this has occured. I refuse to provide specific detaiils on what occured in this review, however, have proof that the staff has been sharing confidential information. On a 3rd occasion, I overheard a staff member discussing another member. If this occurs again, I will be sending management an officail cease & decist letter and taking legal action. There is no reason, member infomation of any type should be shared with other members. This is a professional establismet that has an obligation to protect member information and their rights! Very poor managent to allow this to occur!

Overcharged me 15 dollars a month every month. When I tried to figure out why the general manager explained to me it was on their end. Never offered refunds. 45 extra dollars this year I've paid. I cancelled my account and now don't have access to my membership even though I just paid 40 dollars for this month.
