I love this place! It's always clean and everyone is friendly! No excuses people, let's get in shape! I was 234 and now I'm down to 164! You can do it too!!!

The Planet Fitness on Day Drive in Parma is the bomb! The attendants were friendly and very helpful. The entire place smelled wonderful, (unlike the Planet Fitness which is closer to my home in Brookgate Shopping Strip Mall which stunk to the high heavens no matter where you went in the place), the tanning beds are well maintained and kept clean (this time I got an all-over tan in a lay-down bed as opposed to the Brookgate PF where I only got extremely red on my belly only and nothing tanned anywhere else), the bathrooms, showers and changing areas were all clean and all working (the only problem I encountered in that area was when I went to wash my hands and afterwards (although they have two hand air dryers but I prefer paper), I had to ealk over to the 30-minute workout station and grabbed a small roll from there and bring it into the bsthroom...no big deal to me, and their machines were all in working order, which indicated to me that they were well maintained. I haven't gone to PF since my move of 2 years ago yet I continued to pay to keep the membership hoping I'd finally start putting myself first, which I finally did but the main point here is my membership is at the Elyria PF and I was looking to transfer it closer to home. Bet you don't know where I'm gonna transfer it to? Yep, you guessed it! PF Parma lookout here I come!

I just wanted to share the awful experience I had at the planet fitness in Parma Ohio. My brother and I came to workout at this location because my home location was closed. I walked up to the counter and tried to explain my situation. Instead of being greeted I was met with a bad attitude and a very unprofessional manner by the manager on duty MARIA.Instead of explain their policy I was just simply told NO that I could not be in the gym. She then turned around to carry on a conversation she was having with other co workers and laughing like I wasn’t even standing there.Is this how you guys treat your athletes???I would appreciate if you all could look into this. Her professional manner and treatment of customers is very poor not only with her communication skills but her behavioral mannerisms need much improvement.

So i have yet to say anything on my incident at the Planet Fitness because im honestly mind blown on what happened to me and i have yet to call and speak with someone because i just cant believe it happened so on the night of 8/22/2018 i had went to the day dr. location and i arrived about 11:45pm i was with my sister and we had a nice workout and i wanted to shower before i tanned so i hopped in the shower not thinking anything of it and all of a sudden i hear a males voice in the bathroom at first i thought no i have to be hearing things at this point i was done showering and just waiting until i didnt hear this voice anymore i wrap in my towel and run as fast as i could into the dressing room right across from me i get dressed and walk out and theres cleaning supplies everywhere so i know the male that was cleaning had to be the male voice i heard so i go out to the counter and the lady behind the counter immediately asked if i was the one showering i said yes she said oh he was in there cleaning i had to kick him out he said you were taking to long in the shower and he didnt want to wait any longer.......................im sorry sir i pay my hard earned money to come here and work-out tan shower or whatever else i want to do here so no matter how long i tak (mind you i was in there at max 15 min) you have no right to go in this dressing room while i am here so anyway i proceed to go tanning and when im done i go to meet my sister who is in the dressing room as i was in there i was going to switch bras i was wearing but goo thing i didnt rip mine off like i was going to because he was STILLLLL IN THE DRESSING ROOM now i felt very uncomfortable because i was about to rip my shirt off, so moral of my story he needs to be trained to block off the bathroom when he is in there or have a woman clean the dressing room the lady working that night was aware he was in there and i was waiting to be contacted even tho i had not asked to be out of general purpose but no i haven't so maybe this will get me contacted !! Beware ladies !!!

The staff here is amazing! There is no judgement at all and the management staff is always so friendly! They keep it well kept and clean! They are there for anything that you need and always put the customers first!

Attempted to join planet fitness today. Wanted to purchase their PF Black card for $21.99 a month. Attempted to pay for a whole year up front which is $263.88. You would think this isn't a problem right. A customer wants to pay the balance in full.Not here at Planet Fitness " We are not set up to take full payment for a membership. We only accept payment using your bank account number and routing number and deduct the monthly amount from your checking account on the 17 of every month."Sounds shady since they will be writing their own check from my account because they want direct access to your bank account and money when they want it.Set up this way you wouldn't know if they took more money until after the money is already gone from you account. After all they are writing their own check for themselves on your bank account.

If I can give zero stars I would. I myself do not have a membership, my husband does. I had went to the gym to make a payment for my husband and used my bank card. For some reason the girl stored my card information in the system as the payment option for the monthly withdrawal. Which I never authorized, they are still taking money from my account after I've asked them to stop. Management is no help they say well that's what in the system, well it's not supposed to be, then they deleted his account info and still kept mine. Still nothing has been resolved.

If being unprofessional is your thing. It's the perfect place for you. Staff would rather answer text messages in their phones flirt with other staff or customers. Then answer questions you may have. Another thing girlfriend found out the day of getting a membership. That she's expecting so know longer is she able to use the tanning bed. But still is paying on it. You think for the 9 months they would allow me to use it. Guess again wrong. Not are problem she's pregnant. This is the reply I got. Judgment free zone my ass. Don't get pregnant is all I have to say.

Wow!! What bang for the buck!! I LOVE Planet Fitness. This no frills workout experience meets my daily basic exercise needs. I only wish they had a sauna. Outside of that, the facility is clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I almost always can have immediate access to the machine I'm needing in my routine. Even with a brief wait, there are other ones I can utilize. I'm so happy to have begun attending. Woo-hoo!

The facility is clean and the staff for the most part is okay there's nothing really exceptional but the chain itself has a lot of work to do Xpression with their billing department it's a low-cost membership but I would recommend options before making a decision. What really kill it for me is the chain as a whole and that will always trickle down to locations
