This facility is always clean. The staff at the front desk are always friendly. Best value overall. However, they haven't had any personal training sessions available at this location. Last I heard they were waiting for a personal trainer to fill the position for this location.

I have been to PF locations in Ohio and West Virginia. The locations are always clean, the staff friendly, and the equipment in good shape. I pay less for a membership now, 2018, than I did for a previous club in the 80s and 90s for a better experience.

I've been to all different gyms and must say I feel really comfortable here. Everyone that works there is nice. And being able to bring someone with you with a black card is great! My mom 63 loves coming with me people of all ages!

Great place to go workout! The staff is okay. Some are amazing and some are not very good. But if you go and do your own thing you are goid

I've been training here for over a year and I love it. Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of equipment. I love the different nooks and crannies, like the abs and stretching area and the 360 training area. Very affordable!

I was definitely not impressed with this Planet Fitness. The staff was absolutely dreadful and was not welcoming at all. I was highly disappointed, because I have been treated much better at other locations. (Stow!) The staff up front were glued to their phones, flirting with other employees and downright rude to customers. There definitely needs to be an employee training session on customer appreciation. There was a gal who was working up front there, I believe her name was Ashley (probably 18 years old) that was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. To the management there: please inform your staff how to properly treat customers.

Upgraded from 2 to 3 because they seemed to have fired all the people who hated their lives and replaced them with human beings who don't suck. Also the best tanning experience of any PF I've been to (and I travel and see many) the bulbs are always hot and fresh and there's usually not much of a wait. Keep up the good work, keep improving, thank you!

This is a great gym. The staff works very hard to keep the place clean and they are always friendly. There are plenty of free weights and machines, and it's never overly crowded except during peak hours. For ten bucks a month, you really can't go wrong. However, I recommend that you go with the $20/mo black card option which gets you hydro massage, tanning, red light therapy, and allows you to bring guests.

This has to be the worst PF ever. If I could rate a half star I would for them. The Judgement Free zone is not part of their beliefs here at all. I went in on a Thursday night around 1030 and the girls at the counter were flirting with all the muscular guys there. Not to mention all the girls running around in tinny work out cloths. I am an average girl, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I decided to try tanning, once I got into the room there was hair and sweat all over the bed still. I wish I could up load the pictures I took to show my friends and everyone I know. Once I left, a guy who I assumed worked there but not on shift was mixing drinks behind the counter for him and his friends. It is unfortunat I am locked into a horable place like this. I warn you, please do not pick this location.

It's very clean and well kept. The equipment is typically in good repair except for the occasional machine that might break. I wish they had a bigger variety of free weights, and it gets over crowded at peak times.
