Close to home, convenient hours, affordable price, enough equipment to choose from and it's a judgment free zone (I think). I like just to come in out of all that heat and into a cool place and work out. Later to leave feeling great, knowing you left at least an ounce of fat at that place. lol

I have been coming here now for four years and the staff has been exceptional but I just left tonight at 10 to midnight and there's only one staff member on duty his name was Isaiah and he was fantastic very attentive working his butt off making sure everything was clean and up to standards I will definitely come back and I will definitely make sure everybody knows that this Planet Fitness on day drive is fantastic! Isaiah has been a great great great addition to your Planet Fitness staff!

I’ve been to this Planet Fitness a few times now and it is always a positive experience. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive and the gym is always very clean, with no excessive paper towel bits or equipment left out on the floor. The gym is also not too crowded (I usually visit after 7PM), and comfortable to be in. Thanks PF of Parma!

This is probably the best planet fitness facilities that I’ve been to. Always clean. The workers are always friendly & theyre regular. Hardly anyone is new which is what I enjoy! My only complaint is that I wish there was more free weights & another leg press machine. The one “ab” area never gets used from what I see, so they should just eliminate that.

I haven't been to this location in years. Friendly and attentive staff. Not crowded while I was there (mid day) plenty of room for social distancing, clean, and safe.

The club is dirty the management is rude and cocky. They do not care about losing customers or being polite. Do not give your money to companies that are low class and quality. Tim the manager of this club refused to give his bosses information. They also refuse to allow you entry to the club if u do not use there app. Even though they take your money. I had to argue to get my money refunded and closed my account.

Terrible customer service. I was handed a towel and told if I wanted to tan I had to clean my own bed. Maybe it's a staffing issue but it was still a terrible experience.

The step climbers really should have the middle one blocked off and treadmill to the right should be blocked off from using. It's defeating the purpose of 6 feet apart. I felt uncomfortable being close to another person.
