Planet Fitness

I really like this gym. It does feel like a no judgement zone. It can get really crowded early in the year. The staff is friendly and helpful, always a plus!

This place is shady. Have been charging me for a monthly subscription for over 6 months when I do not even have a subscription nor have I ever been to this establishment or any planet fitness. Was told I can't Stop reoccurring payments unless there's a new card on file how the hell is that even possible when I've never been to a planet fitness. Disputed charges with credit card company everything was refunded all the sudden a few months later $70 charges pop up again. Never been to planet fitness never signed anything unreal I had to cancel my damn card and get a new one.

I've been going here for around a month? I think longer, everyone except one incredibly rude man is friendly. I was told I couldn't have a little backpack and I needed a lock to be able to keep it or they'd hold it hostage upfront. I was NEVER told that when I signed up and I have brought it with me for weeks. I wear very old Doc Martens and TODAY was RUDELY told I can't wear them or my Jean shorts. NONE OF THESE things were told to me prior to signing up. Debating cancelling my membership with you completely. I have to have and wear "sportswear" only. I've seen PLENTY of other people bring in massive backpacks, wear shoes and clothes that aren't sportswear but yet I get hounded at Everytime by the SAME RUDE MAN. He should learn how to be kinder or point out where in the fine print it says these things aren't allowed.

I will give this place five stars when they add two more stairmasters. There's currently only three and with the coronavirus situation going on I can never get on. Also please add a sanitation spray bottle and paper towel unit in the total body enhancement room. As well as adding hooks so people can hang their stuff without it falling on the ground. Full length mirror and some killer lighting in the locker room would be great.

Zach has always been friendly, which encouraged me to get training from him. He is not only personable and great at connecting but he is kind and an effective trainer. I am seeing results for the first time in my life. Thank you sincerely, Zach! Keep up the good work!!

The general manager, Tim, is definitely compensating for something. He will gladly take your money every month for years, but will treat you like dirt. Managers are supposed to have good customer service. Horrible manager, horrible gym. Save yourself and find another gym or a different location.

Out of all the area planet fitness, this is the nicest and cleanest one. But the desk service is terrible. The worst customer service. So it's either a nice clean gym here or better customer service at a different one. The trainer was the nicest one here. Actually the 1st time in 8 years that a trainer has approached me and asked about my fitness goals. Maybe he should train the desk

Very friendly environment with great employees. Every time I come in, I am welcomed with a smile. The gym is clean and everyone there is helpful. Kurt and Tim are always willing to answer questions and are very kind and knowledgeable.

This location has the friendliest workers. Every time I go into the club I am greeted with a smile and a hello. It’s always super clean and the energy is great. If I have a question about the policies or my account, I’m always given a thorough explanation. The gym has great energy and is never too crowded. Kurt, Zach, Tim and Sarah are all helpful and kind.

Always clean. They're always cleaning even before the whole virus situation. Seemingly happy staff. I love when I go somewhere and the staff is happy. It makes me feel like it's a company that treats their staff well so that in turn an overall good experience is created for guests too.
