I've been trying to cancel my membership since the day after i signed up. Decided to go to a different gym. Every time i would come there for the two months i was in the US, they would say that they cant cancel it (even though i got the plan where I can cancel anytime). I am forced to write a bad review, because I've tried everything already. And it seams as though no one cares. Now i've been in Europe for three months, and im still get charged!!! At this point im thinking this is some kind of scam, and im really doubting ill get my money back. All i want is my membership to be cancelled!P.s. I did talk with the manager before i left, which told me that he would take care of everything himself. And he didn't

I have to say their tanning beds here are well...bellow good. I would rate them 0 if I could. And I'm sure they will rebutle with " We change our bulbs at such and such hrs..blah blah blah" When I go tanning I want to see results and feel the heat. That is defined as a bed that has changed their bulbs well before the usual 500 hr or however many hrs used. Probably going to cancel my membership just because I dont want to tan everyday just to get a base tan. It's a waste of money for the tanning here. Electric Beach at Kamms Corner gives a way better tan and half the time. I went twice there and I was done for the week. They change their bulbs before the hrs that state when you 'should' change them. I've been going their off and on since I was 18 yrs old and their beds are highly effective.Yes this is all about the tanning beds, Not the machines or working out.

Very helpful staff I had no problem cancelling my memership as well because I moved out of state . All the staff did what they could to help and ensure that I was able to cancel with no problems . Very friendly and clean facility and I enjoyed my time at this location while I was in Ohio .

They make you pay an annual fee at 2 months into your membership. Then if you cancel at 3 months you have to pay another 50.00 to cancel plus your two months you paid. So all in all they get all the money they can from you and say tough luck I can see your frustrated at this but ya know is what Corporate tells me to do, just changed, so sorry. -Melissa. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

Gym was good, but if you move away it is a huge pain to cancel your membership. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.Update(in reply to owner): Not that I want to be contrary, but if you've moved away, stopping by your home club is not easy and I(nor 90% of people under 40) have ever sent a certified letter... also not easy.An easy process would be:1. Call your home club2. Ask to cancel3. Verify your membership ID or some other identifiable info.

One of the bigger PT places in the area. Has the most revenue but doesn't spend it on keeping machines operating proper. Massage bed always broken. People never put their weights back. Vinal torn on many seats and the place needs a good cleaning....but I can say, they have no problem pushing the lunk alarm.

One thing I hope they would add one with childcare so that more families would be able to go especially the mom's who don't have anyone to watch their kids if they wanted to work out. I have been trying to cancel for over 2 months now. I have gone in 4 different times to cancel. Each time they play on their keyboard and say it is all taken care of but I still have them pulling funds from my account. I have called in 6 different times asking what is going on. I have asked to speak with a manager and there is never one around. I have asked for call backs to get this taken care of. No call back. This place is a joke.Update, I called again on Friday to try to get them to cancel my membership, keep in mind that I have been trying to do this for 2 1/2 months. They put me on hold to speak with the manager and said that they can not cancel the membership without charging me almost 60 dollars. I told them that I have been cancelling the membership and have now paid for July, Aug, and Sept totaling over what the cancellation cost. I simply want this cancelled and if I have to pay something then I want my money back.It is now going on 4 months that they will not cancel the contract. When I called in this last time the lady that answered flat out said she can not help me. As you can see management has even reached out to me and I still can not get this resolved. I don't even want the difference back. Just cancel the contract.It is now Nov and I have walked in, called, and even emailed that I want to cancel my contract. Today they still pulled the money. I am now disputing the withdraw and putting a stop payment. That is now going to cost more money. Why they will not just cancel the contract I do not know.

Not a huge fan of this location. I've been a regular at Solon and north Randall. For a few years each. Both blow this one out of the water. This branch is smaller, less clean, more crowded and honestly the service is pretty lackluster. I had issues getting my membership transferred over and it took over a week to get things sorted out. It's not that they weren't polite, it's just kind of sad they didn't know what was actually going on. Each time I called they said I need to talk to the manager but he was never there when I was available we kept missing each other...EDIT June 2019- this photo is the only rope attachment for the cable pulls. Basically I'm only here until my annual fee is due again.

Friendly staff, nobody criticises and everyone minds their own business. Plenty of parking space available outside, especially at night. Open 24 hours a day and has enough equipment for your fitness goals.
