Planet fitness is not a gym. Confronted over heavy breathing during workout. Place practically empty. No music playing. EarPods in. Just lifting weights. Place is as quiet as a library. I’m 60 years old. Just trying to workout. There’s going to be some breathing. Maybe put on some music or just keep the loud vacuum machine running. Never been confronted is a planet fitness before. Place was nice and bathrooms were clean. How do you workout in silence??

10/9/21Went yesterday and ladies locker room needs deep, deep cleaning... I mean serious DEEP CLEANING!!!Can use some cleaning. Ambience is good.4/2021Big difference from when I started, you can feel the cleanliness. So far so good.

Best staff in the morning! Always friendly! We come in before 6 a.m. and are always greeted! Facility is clean and no broken equipment. Enough equipment and not so busy that there is always something available to use.

They never sent my card. My car was totalled soon after signing up, and I never got to use the membership. Despite signing up for the gym online, they told me I had to physically drive there to cancel my membership I never used. It was a very unpleasant experience.In response to the owner, I also did not have to write a letter to OPEN the membership. You make it easy to join, but you are unreasonable when someone wants to end business with you. You should be ashamed of yourself for thinking this is ok.

Very easy to sign in when arriving. Initial tour was relaxed and informative. Plenty of machines, so not waiting. Sufficient cleaning stations. Planet Fitness employees are always very helpful.

As a frequent traveling black card member, this is my home gym. Very clean, good staff, great equipment and not cluttered. It is 2 smith machines and a fly machine away from being the best pf I’ve ever been to!

Beautiful facility! Plenty of parking. Not as big as some but I don't prefer 2 levels,and HUGE places to navigate. We sometimes travel so trying to find my way around large gyms can get frustrating. The reception area is really small with no TV unlike other places. Some people have to wait for another person,or a ride and a tv in the waiting area is a nice touch. The ladies locker room was in good shape and all the paper towel dispensers and cleaning solution bottles were full. That's not always the case in locations I've visited. There was,however,a fair amount of discarded paper towels in spots all over the place. So the night crew didn't seem to be keeping up with that aspect. Sadly not all members can be responsible for their own garbage. I found the location within the plaza to be very easy to see from the road,and there's no issues getting in and out of the parking lot.

First time there.... Friendly staff, clean facilities, best wind experience from every other planet fitness I've been too. Least likely location to overheat.

I went to get a membership but the staff didn't seem like they were there to help! One of them just point me a paper with the directions to download the app and do it myself, they saw me struggling to download the app because my internet was not working properly and they didn't offer any help after 25 minutes I left feeling unwelcome, that is not the type of customer service I was expecting and I hope was just a busy day and they don't treat potential customers that way.
