Planet fitness has 2 methods of payment, right on the contract. When they discovered they had a typo in the primary account number, they charged a late fee on the second method of payment. They don't call and ask for an corrected account number, they just charge a late fee for every transaction until you figure it out on your own. ZERO customer service score.

I don’t like it. It’s extra small, dark and grungey. The machines seem old (treadmills). Seems like the machines are packed in the place and the placement of the machines are weird. The bathrooms were not that clean and the people at the front desk aren’t exactly friendly at all. The two PF’s in Parma are way cleaner and definitely more up to date and spacious. Kinda regret transferring here now I’m stuck for 90 days. Did so because I moved and it was closer.

Bill is terrible! Customer service isn't there. I spoke with a representative and he stated " let me get someone more knowledgeable" about freezing an account. Bill stated you cannot stop auto draft unless its beginning of the month. Isnt true however, little did he know I was able to freeze it the day before payment. Well enjoy your rating and ill cancel my membership. No biggie.

I don't often or ever change reviews but Planet Fitness has gotten a lot better. The place is clean, the towels and bathrooms are always stocked and it seems to be the way they do things now. Not just a good day.
