Crunch west Pembroke PinesManager in particular a low qualified nasty uneducated and unprofessional person. Big time liar . Don’t trust him and have everything he said in paper before signing. Gym would be a better place in his absence. Human being like that deserve to join the military to obtain honor courage and commitment.I bet he is the kind of person who treats his family and workers with hate and lack of leadershipDon’t joinI’m a USA veteran and was treated like garbage by this personToday march 31 2023 at 10 amIt’s a shame we still have this kind of human being working for an environment that requires respect and common sense

I'm impressed with the facilities, staff, and value this location offers. While presenting top-of-the-line machines, the employees are hospitable, knowledgeable, and professional. *Special thanks to Bri!* I'm familiar with the positive reputation of the Crunch franchise, and see the prices as worth the value. The diagnostic introductory coaching helpful if you're unfamiliar with training.

The gym is good but they never have paper towels for sanitizing purposes. It’s been 6 months and every single day there are no paper towels on any station to clean the equipment before use. I spend half of my workout time walking across the gym trying to find at least one station with paper towels…. it’s mind boggling to me that they don’t stay on top of it given airborne diseases are at an all time high these days! Unreal!

I have been a member of Crunch West Pembroke for the past few months and I am very pleased with the trainers and the equipment. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to help me with my goals and give great advice. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the management at the gym. During my time there, I have been subject to unprofessional behavior from the management. On one occasion, I had booked a session with my personal trainer, but the manager came in and took him away from my session. This not only disrupted my workout, but it was clear to me that the manager was not respecting my time or the trainer’s.I believe that the trainers are doing a great job at Crunch West Pembroke, but the management needs to improve its professionalism and respect for members and trainers. I hope that the management takes my comments into consideration and takes steps to improve the overall experience for everyone at the gym.

Nice Gym: scummy and predatory membership practices.Purchased a membership in December. Shipped to Basic Military Training in January. Forgot to cancel my membership, continued to get charged. Called in March. "Write email to get it cancelled." 2 weeks later, get charged for membership in April. "Now you need to send a letter with your signature to cancel." Let me speak to your manager. Manager is magically busy all day, "we'll call you back today." No phone call received. They will fight tooth and nail to continue scamming you out of your money.Appalled with their lack of customer service and how they treat active military.Currently voiding the membership charges with my bank, will never do business here again.Don't care what their fine print says. What kind of gym charges you $100+ when I haven't been there in over 3 months?

Attention general manager!!! Today I brought to one of your managers attention the need to maintain and clean the woman’s bathroom more often. His reply “ both of my cleaning guys are male and I would have to close the woman’s bathroom more often”. Please hire a female if you must but the woman’s bathroom is always dirty and lacks toilet paper on most occasions. I also mentioned a interaction between trainers . One trainer was measuring his client when another interrupted to write him up about not wearing his uniform. Seriously??? How unprofessional is that?? The guy was doing his job. I honestly couldn’t care less if my trainer shows up in his black uniform, a yellow tank top or a bathing suit . Lets focus our priorities where they need to be focused on . 1- Gym cleanliness , 2- functionality of all equipment.

Poorly ran gym. Overcrowded is an understatement. Stay away at all costs.

Great place to workout the machines are new but my only problem is that there is barely any legs machine and if you are doing leg day you are gonna be dealing with a lot of waiting between workouts

Really nice looking place. It's a great vibe I wish they would inform the members to leave the gym nag in the car or in the locker room and not on the gym floor.

Untrustworthy, charged my card without my permission, knowingly I was injured, even text the trainer to reschedule. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, don’t care about your best interest just taking your money.
