Not a bad facility, they keep it clean. My issue is that people are parking on snowbanks because all of the parking is full and the sales staff is still signing up new members. That coupled with personal trainers holding several machines at a time for clients makes it hard to work out without wasting a lot of time. Overall, I'd switch very fast if another decent gym opened up in town.

Worst gym I've ever been a member at. They keep reserving more and more equipment and space taking away from the base members who support the gym year around. They just took out approximately 20 fitness machines to add space to their group training. They added these stupid jumping boxes. Very few use those boxes and most who do are very young. Very member unfriendly gym with stop signs and reserved signed on way to much equipment. We've had 2 big membership price increases and we end up with less space and equipment. They went from 52 tread mills down to 46, then when the stop signs go into effect, that leaves 34 tread mills for the lowly base members who only pay $75 per month. If you want to use a bench press or squat rack, half will be missing bars for they are used in their group fitness. Total joke and very member unfriendly. I'll be dropping my membership

Each time that I go to the facility, I have such a nice experience! The front desk is always greeting me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. Christopher Smith is also really helpful and informative when I wanted to open a membership. Lifetime Fitness also has a great indoor and outdoor pool that is family friendly and an amazing place to go! Recently I went to a barbell strength class that was taught by Shelley and I had such a fun time! The class was challenging but so beneficial! I would recommend going to any of the class with Shelley, you will have a great time!

The classes and facilities are fantastic. However, it actually surprises me on a weekly basis how appalling the customer service is. For $200/month for a family of 4, I expect the staff to be at least moderately responsive and helpful. They never cease to amaze me with their unwillingness to even try to help customers.

Fine if you are pretty independent and don't need help from staff. Their follow-up and propensity to do what they say beyond the first meeting is lacking. I also got a phone call offering to sign me up for membership 3 months after I had already joined. Doesn't seem very organized. But other members are respectful and conscientious.

The personal trainers at this club are great, they clearly understand the concept of being responsive to members because their livelihood depends on it; they are charming and helpful. The other employees, however, come across as people who …

Really enjoy my time here. I drive 30 minutes to go here because the facilities are elite. I've used snap, 24 hour, LA fitness and the new U of M facilities and this lifetime, other than the U, has some of the best equipment I've used and the best array off options. Staff is cordial. Place is always clean. Pools are excellent.

I am a Plymouth resident so I can buy a day pass. The pool area costs $7.25 and a full gym pass costs over $9.This is an ideal situation for me because I only use the pool area for the hot tub, dry sauna, and wet sauna in my own version of a relaxing spa evening, similar to what I did in South Korea and Germany at their public bath houses.

One of the best gyms in the area. The remodel added a lot of "cross-fit" style workouts and squat racks. It's a huge gym and the high ceilings are nice, it doesn't make it seem like you are working out in a box.It does get crowded at times, as with any gym, so I make sure to consider what time of day I go there. The staff is typically very friendly and helpful.Karl, one of the personal trainers, was super nice and helpful. Showed me a bunch of workouts to do, even when I wasn't paying for the training service. I recommended him to my friends that wanted to use a trainer. They have had great results and service.
