Fit Factory Braintree

This place is absolutely terrible - the employees will come up with types of lies if you need to change your plan, being in person or on the phone. And it gets better, if you plan nf cancelling, they will.come up with all kinds of stuff to simply not cancel you so they get their money without you even stepping in and asking them many times to cancel. This gym should be illegal.I.also yiused their personal trainers, same thing lying on their teeth and the funny thing is their lies.come out, because they are not very bright.So spare yourself and go to a gym where first of all don't try to trap you.

Abysmal. Overrun with gym rats. You can’t use the machines. I paid for a premium membership and stopped going bc it was such a nightmare and they totally removed the women’s only workout area that was the only place you could work out without being on display for the CrossFit dudes. I haven’t been in months and for some reason they need thirty day notice on a month to month membership and they wouldn’t throw me a bone and not make me pay the extra $50. I won’t be back. I’m not moving out. You don’t need notice so you can find someone to replace me. This is unbelievably predatory. My original intention was to give it some time and maybe rejoin but I will not be rejoining. I can’t even get a towel from these people without giving them my car keys. Even BSC doesn’t do that. Spend the extra dough and drive to Lifetime. These people have no clue what customer service is.

The workers employed at Braintree Fit Factory proved to be incredibly incompetent when it came to handling cancellations. They made false promises, assuring me that my membership would be promptly canceled, only for me to discover later that I was still being charged for monthly payments. It is both disheartening and infuriating to receive empty reassurances, only to find out they were mere lip service.The cancellation process itself is intentionally designed to be excessively difficult, leaving little room for members to terminate their memberships without continued charges. The terms and conditions outlined in their contract are heavily skewed against the customer, particularly for those who may need to travel away from the state for an extended period. There is a distinct lack of flexibility and consideration for the changing circumstances of their members.Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from Braintree Fit Factory is simply unacceptable. When attempting to address the issue with their staff, I was met with further frustration and disappointment. It is clear that their primary objective is to extract as much money from their customers as possible, rather than providing a quality experience or accommodating their members' needs.In conclusion, I strongly caution anyone contemplating a membership at Braintree Fit Factory to reconsider their decision. The difficulties and complications associated with cancelling your membership, coupled with the unprofessionalism and false promises from the staff, create an environment that is anything but customer-friendly. Save yourself the hassle and potential financial burden by seeking a gym that prioritizes its members' satisfaction and respects their right to cancel without undue hardship.

I am very happy with the place. Clean, sanitized, plenty of parking space and the staff's are very friendly.

Steam room has been broken for months, sauna is now broken as well. Emailed them about all the dead flies on the ceiling of the mens shower and larva on the ground and never got a response back. Place needs to be way better about cleaning.

For less than $20 a month I guess you should expect half of the machines to be broken while management wastes time wiping dust off the bottom of a treadmill instead of filling the paper towel machines

Like everything else in Massachusetts, it has aged horribly and is overcrowded. Upgrades are needed but even then be prepared to wait for machines for 45 minutes while teenagers who weigh 120 pounds soaking wet treat the rusted equipment like furniture.

Fit Factory is not a typical gym. Yeah, it can be crowded sometimes; but the people here are kind, courteous, and treat others how they’d want to be treated. Additionally, the staff are pretty amazing too. I love it here and you will too!

Its the first gym I am actually happy with and go to on a consistent basis. Staff/coaches/personal trainers are all excellent, friendly, willing to help with anything

Fantastic, friendly, member-focused, supportive and helpful staff- they’re a great team! The facility is always kept very clean, and equipment is well maintained. Fit Factory offers something for everyone fitness-wise, and at reasonable fees. Personal Training program is awesome….highly recommended! Overall, the gym has a great vibe that is motivating and energizing.
