Fit Factory Braintree

Fit Factory is a gym that makes you feel comfortable when you walk in. The front counter staff (especially Julia Moore) are always welcoming and have smiles on their faces. The facilities are always clean and comfortable. Women's locker room is very well kept and has everything you could need (sauna, showers, changing room, lockers, mirrors, etc).Total Body Burn classes are AMAZING! Each instructors teaches the class differently but it is such an incredible workout. I always feel comfortable going at my own pace and there is always enough space in the class to move around freely.I have recommended Fit Factory to about five of my friends and I will continue to do so- if you take a look at the facilities you will be hooked! 2020 New Year's Resolutions here we come!

WOW the best gym ever. As soon as I walked in, Nolan and Katie greeted me with smile. Initially, I was actually recommended by my friend to check out the gym (premium members can bring a gym buddy with them as a package) I cannot stress how friendly and helpful the staff members are. I was in for the tour and Nolan (seemed like a manager) took me to every cross fit room and explained me different classes I can take in details. He went over and beyond with any questions I had about my work out/eating plan and they seem to have that personal bond with the members. They knew everyone at the gym by name and were very cheerful. Nolan and Katie were sincere and super relatable which made me like the gym more!! After talking to them, I was certain that losing weight is possible. After this experience, I am definitely signing up for this gym as soon as I find out about my job situation. Another bonus perk is that this gym has the STEAM sauna and dry sauna as well. Very rare around this area. In conclusion, the Braintree fit factory has easily accessible equipments (I didn’t have to wait) and most importantly, very friendly cheerful, and smiling staff members give out positive energy that makes me want to come back. The gym was very clean and kept tidy. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the south shore area. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Squat racks and airdynes!!! Thankful they have those for leg day! Great gym, friendly staff, clean and a lot of gym classes!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and nothing but fraudulent people work there.They renew your contract without letting you know and they also charge $75 without telling youThey call itScam people Gym service

The child area is not safe and the sitters are unprofessional, I quit even i still have two months membership after I saw how neglectful the sitters are, older kids was jumping over babies left on the floor, and sitters did not even move .....I was shocked..... after asked them to pay more attention I got scream on and disrespected by the sitter , than by the manger , than my daughter was also disrespected and left in corner alone ( my daughter is disabled ) the sitter told me to my face if I have not normal child she should be not allow here anymore we left the gym with out finishing work out , I'm disgusted , but I'm more disgusted after talking to the director today who forgot to apologize but asked me not to come back with my daughter because I slammed the sitter name here on FB .....and I dare say they have dirty sauna ( but that is the true is dirty and messy and putting members in danger ) I told him she did this to her self , but after the conversation today I do understand why the workers are ignorant not professional and disrespectful , they care less because the director allow that , cover that and applause for that, they getting out off the members who are dare say something this way they still don't have to resolve no issues and play stupid like they don't know about any problems, they offer You money back and shut up ......there You go but I told him I will not let nobody discriminate disabled child and I will warn people what they signing for.Update: after one of the managers approached me on the mall with new promotion on December 2018 and apologise for all the issues from last year also promised they changed and improve allot I decided give a shot ATTENTION , nothing had change here but yet it got worse , the management don't care to fix any broken equipment, sauna have not working thermostat more than one year and it is dangerous for the client to use it, speed room have no AC people are passing out from this mess ...nobody care , day care workers are not professional and fake , they tell You ,Your child is an angel but than go complain about Your child behind Your back and with out let You know ....that is all ridiculous I think the guy who keep saying he is the Boss of the place named Denis he need to get some classes how to manage the place or just go ,since his unprofessional practices and discriminatory treatment for the clients is bringing the place down , and that is to bad since I know many nice people who work there and will like to see some changes as we costumers do .

Be careful when signing up at this gym. Their dubious acts to mislead you into what you're signing is ridiculous! Their sign up fees are complete BS and a money grab! Stay far far away! Better gyms are out there.

Went to go cancel my membership because Im moving and was told I needed to come back when a manager is around. I asked when they would be available and was told they are only around Monday from 8-9 am then 4-5 pm and Saturday until noon. Just absolutely bogus that I have to chase a manager and schedule a time to come in and cancel a membership.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. Their "cancellation policy" is absolute nonsense and they will continue to charge your account until you threaten legal action. The last time I was physically in the gym was 2017. I attempted to cancel as I was moving away from the area and the 18yr old at the desk couldn't find the form and assured me by giving my name and information they would take care of the cancellation.I've been charged for 2018 and most recently 2019 membership fees. Reached out to attempt to remedy the situation but the "manager" Dave said he can't help me or refund the money that was taken from my account.It is absolutely crazy to me that an organization trying to build a brand would allow this level of customer service all over $120.

Love this gym. Staff is amazing and they provide a good variety of group fitness, CrossFit, women’s training area and personal training. This gym is for anyone. Don’t hesitate, just join the FF fam coz it’s a fun, fabulous and fantastic place to be.

I left this gym because I moved 40 min away. I rejoined because this is hands down the best gym. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Couple of Cons for the gym. I wish the woman's area was larger and had more options. I really wish the Sat hours were extended a little later, maybe stay open until 8pm. I work on Saturdays and would love to go to the gym after but like I said I am 40 min away from here so by the time I get out of work and get there I would literally have 10 min to work out :(Other than those 2 things I see nothing wrong with this gym or the staff.
